Fantastic! Very good food and delivered in good time. Salt and pepper king prawns were the tastiest I've had in a long time and the duck and pineapple was the best my husband has ever had. Also the chicken and noodle soup was so flavoursome. Everything we ordered we were very impressed with, thank you Chinese 4 U. 👏👏
My regular order is the chicken chow mein, and it's always amazing. Lovely staff, prompt service, ample portion sizes if you're really hungry or to share, and the perfect balance of ingredients every time.
I’m Chinese from Hong Kong and my memories of bland, oily Chinese takeaway during my boarding school years initially set me up for low expectations, but I came back for dinner every night after a hard day’s climbing because the food was great and satisfying - piping hot, has “wok air” (flavour of heat), fresh ingredients, not greasy or over-seasoned. My faves were the foo yung (especially king prawn), spare ribs with chilli & salt and chef’s fried rice. Pairing with an extra dry Prosecco or a rosé from Co-op across the road 😋 - mint!
Ordered food that sounded delicious and it kept it's promise, i was not dissapointed and i especially want to keep buying more banana fritters they are so good.
Though if i could suggest something? I love your fritters but the banana inside is a tad over powering, there isn't much of a balence between the syrup, batter and banana i was going to ask if you could try using less banana and more battar with banana slices instead? Either way i love this place and will be ordering again!
Ordered by phone, was served by a lovely lady. Food great, as good as any normal chinese take away. Did have to wait an hour for delivery though, but was told on phone that it would be that long. Would use again. They take card which is the main reason we use them, unlike the other takeaways.
Just tried this Chinese for the first time and the food was top notch. Definitely recommend and will now being using here for our Chinese takeaways 🙃
