Full English breakfast is lovely and very reasonable price❣️Not only the food, but also their service is great 👍🏻 This cafe’s location is perfect to visit after walking around Chesil Beach, highly recommend!
Stopped in for lunch before a walk on Chesil beach. Very hot day but nice and cool inside. Staff friendly and attentive, iced coffee was very nice. Ordered two meals off the specials board, grilled Mackrell salad and lamb burger plus a toasted bacon and cheese sandwich with fries. All meals were go
We visited on a particularly bad weather day and needed somewhere to dry off for lunch. We were so happy to have walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and particularly good with the kids, really bringing a bit of cheer to a rainy, windy day. We ordered food and it was delicious, particularly
Truly outstanding... First class breakfast, excellent coffee, crispy black pudding, perfect fried egg... REALLY tasty bacon... hurrah!
Fresh and tasty food with great views! Prices seemed expensive until we got the food! Well worth the price, nicely presented and BIG portions. Cajun chicken club sandwich, Crab sandwich, 'small plate' pot of crab, and a small fries. Hot chocolate and mug of tea £36 Good covid safety precautions too.
Interesting and varied lunchtime menu with local seafood available. Sandwiches and toasties were well presented and tasty. Side dish of chips were also nicely cooked. We were nearly put off by the utilitarian setting of basic tables and chairs, but glad we stayed!
Very good food. Prompt, polite service. Fantastic views. Very clean toilets.
This little glass-sided cafe offers great views. It's a dog friendly cafe. We brought our little dog; the couple next to us had a very large (but well-behaved) dog. A nice little spot for a rest after walking Chesil Beach.
Our go to café in South Dorset. Taste @ Chesil is absolutely fantastic, the staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. The menu is updated frequently and the specials board is fantastic - though due to covid the menu is currently reduced. A wide selection of beautiful cakes and desserts, all fre
The yummiest posh fish finger sandwich EVER! Great quality food and friendly service 👌
Went for a cup of tea and cake, saw the crab sandwich option, couldn’t resist the temptation! It delivered, generous quantity of crab, lovely bread and salad. Great situation as well, Chesil Beach, not the easiest beach for walking!
What an amazing seaside cafe. The food is just superb. I had the best crab sandwich ever and the full English was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. We were in the area for 3 days and went back every day. Also, the Jurassic exhibition and shop is full of information and
Over the past few years I’ve visited this place a few times. My visits have always been good. You can eat in, get a take away and there is a few seats outside. Place is nice and clean, staff are always friendly. Coffee and food is always very good, they also have some nice cakes and ice cream.
Amazing breakfast with lovely views pleasant atmosphere and table service inside seating area outside you have to order at the till Will definitely eat there again
Decent coffee shop, friendly and welcoming staff and amazing view through windows.
Great! Mainly because it was open in January and I was struggling to find anywhere to eat along the South West coast, and the perfect spot overlooking the beach to finish the day after having walked from Abbotsbury.
It was the perfect spot for some breakfast, The service was quick and the staff were all very friendly. The views are amazing.
Very nice little cafe on the beach with everything you need. Dogs welcome (dog ice-cream and dog homemade cookies!). Very welcoming team! A good place to stop!
