The food is soooooo amazing! Iove their concept of food and restaurants! All ingredients are local healthy and green! The atmosphere of the restaurant is super good!
We visited Versa on a Friday evening, having made a reservation to sample the tasting menu that night. What a treat! We had 6 courses of the most delicious food, largely foraged or gathered from the garden. Each course was brought over by the owner and chef, who then explained the nature of ingredients and from where they had been sourced. If we lived on the island it would be a regular haunt, though we especially look forward to visiting so that we can come back here - it is so special. The whole ethos is commendable and increasingly necessary; regardless of that, just come for the food and dining experience, it is wonderful.
