The Antlers Ice Cream Cafe - Isle of Jura - Photo album

Lovely little cafe, well worth the visit when on Jura. Portions are big, service was fab. Dog friendly too!
Great bunch of staff, good conversations and excellent food. Club sandwich should not be underestimated, it was huge and excellent quality however it defeated me!
Had a great brunch before our tour at Jura Distillery. One of the best veggie breakfasts I've had in a long time, possibly ever. Lassie serving was lovely, good communication and service was quick. Would definitely be making a point of going again next time we're on the island.
Loved my breakfast then later had an Milk Shake yummy. Beautiful surroundings friendly and efficient staff. Hope to be back one day soon as it was my first time in Jura beautiful place to visit.
This is a fabulous place to visit on Jura. Not in any way historical but my goodness, the grub is good! As was the service- we had the pleasure of meeting Andy who catered for 2 hungry adults, a couple of grumpy kids & a labrador puppy (who was given doggy ice cream). We opted for a full English bre
Glad we ignored the negative reviews - while admittedly the service and atmosphere can be a little rough around the edges, it isn't reason enough to skip this gem of a bistro that serves venison from Jura along with fresh seafood. (Venison Burger with black pudding and blue cheese - how can you not!
Nice food and location, however the guy in the back (I think he was the chef) could do with improving his manners. You can only act like Gordon Ramsay if you are Gordon Ramsay, and even then it's hit or miss. Apart from that, a nice experience, I would recommend the burger.
We had lunch here yesterday. Having read previous reviews we thought we'd give it a try. We had haddock, chips and mushy peas, it was delicious, best batter we've had in a very long time. The serving was quite large, I couldn't eat all mine. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.
A lovely warm Jura welcome at The Antlers Bistro. We called in for coffee and cake. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The Antlers Bistro was clean, tidy and cosy. It at a homely feel to it, like I had been there before. It's great as it opens at 8am so it a great first stop to explorer the love
Dropped in on a Saturday evening, found out we should have booked, but they were happy to let us stay and eat anyway. Both had venison burgers, really decent sized portions, nice food. Came back the following morning for scrambled eggs which were eggcellent.
Very delicious Scottish breakfast. Lovely overview from the outside sitting.
Good mussels, excellent salad and super ice cream. All in beautiful sunshine. What could be better.
Have had a number of fantastic dinners in the Antlers. Great food, excellent friendly service and the cakes are a must!!
Lovely fish & chips, really good coffee & the carrot cake was delicious. Gigha ice cream is fantastic. Andy & staff are really friendly👍
Visited this cafe for tea and apple pie. We enjoyed our visit and loved apple pie so much that we bought more to take home with us. Lovely place.
Very yummy Lorne sausage rolls, coffee and Isle of Arran ice cream!
Wonderful staff, lovely food & great atmosphere.
