6 of us had a delicious evening meal. Good food and menu, comfortable seating, excellent service, reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.
Liked it here and wish I had found it sooner. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Interior is well decorated and clean, practical and comfortable seating arrangement with nice views. High quality produce and good value for money.

What an amazing place for something to eat! Small, friendly bar and dining area, with outside tables available too. Pizza is gorgeous, and messy wings are just messy and spicy, just what we needed!! Dessert was stunning, and staff were very friendly. Only complaint was the kids burger was dry and boring in comparison to everything else we ate...however we will be back regularly!

Don't know where to start! Incredible views. Gorgeous decor. Lovely staff. Delicious food, pizza night is very popular. Yhe pizzas are do good. Thin crispy base with the perfect amount of topping to base ratio. Cakes are homemade. Staff are very friendly. We will definitely be back.
I had the best soup there today I've ever had broccoli and stilton the staff and service is second to none always great food

Had a lovely meal tonight with the wife, the food was very tasty (fish and chips, Pizza) and service was great, the jam jar is a really lovely wee gem of a place on the island for a nice bite to eat and a drink, well worth visiting if in Rothesay.
After fruitlessly searching the seafront for a cafe we saw the banner advertising The Jam Jar a 3 minute drive away. Wow what a spectacular hilltop setting for the best lunch we've had on the whole holiday.

Lovely premises both indoors and outdoors with gorgeous views. The variety of food could be expanded as not everyone likes burgers or pizzas.

Up a steep hill out of town but wonderful location and views, with a small terrace and a wee putting green. Very nice lunches and snacks, coffee etc., great staff, takes cards.
