Got the 2 for £10 sundaes online. I really enjoyed the white chocolate blondea sundaes and my friend said her sundaes was good aswell. Really nice ice cream. The driver was lovely as always, he goes the extra mile to bring the order to my door instead of the front entrance. Always smiling! Absolutely recommend this place!
Staff were lovely, a little secret place to sit in the sun and eat ice cream. Will definitely be going back.
Ordered a Birthday cake at short notice. There was an excellent choice of flavours toppings and fillings. Was delighted with the end result. The cake looked stunning and tasted delicious. It went down a storm with the 11 guests at my sister's 60th Birthday meal. Well done shells, scoops and shakes!
Overall not a bad Ice cream shop. Good selection of Ice Creams. With friendly staff. The only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is the decor of the place. It looks a little grubby and could do with a face lift especially given it's centre of town location. It's not really a place I would like to sit in and eat and would always take away.
Where do i even start, i ordered online, got a bubblegum cheesecake for myself and a school dinner sponge for myself, a milkshake for myself and milkshakes for my family, and the absolute sweethearts gave me an extra slice of cake for free, how sweet! it really made my day and reminds me why Shell's is the best desert shop in ayrshire
My granddaughter had to cancel her birthday plans due to having to self isolate . Ordered her some treats from her and they put a message card and a happy birthday sticker on her ice cream she was delighted thank you so much for making a birthday girls day a lot better

Thanks very much for the great time my girl and her friends had for a birthday treat. They all loved their ice cream sundaes and especially the huge cookie covered in nutella treats. Staff were all friendly and couldn't do any more for us x
Popped in with a few kids today. The staff are friendly, great selection of ice-creams, slushes, cakes and shakes. Really good value to, had expected it to be much more expensive.
