Fantastic restaurant. Real rustic feel. From the moment we arrived to when we left, the staff took great care of us. Birthday celebrations and the staff didn't disappoint, great tasty food and a fantastic verse of happy birthday to accompany the lemon chelo.

Enjoyed beautiful food and great service here many times. The atmosphere is genuine and family friendly. There is a great choice of lovely dishes to pick from, the Sicilian mixed fish is highly recommendable.

I do not normally write reviews, but when something is as good as this, I feel compelled to. This is without a doubt, the best restaurant in Greater Manchester. An absolute hidden gem. The food is unbelievably good, the steaks are absolutely incredible, with a member of the staff providing details of the hand picked steaks available upon your arrival. The other dishes are similarly exquisite. The only thing better than the food is the customer service. The staff are so welcoming, you feel like part of the family. They are attentive to your every need without being overbearing, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful. You would expect to pay through the nose for such amazing food and service, however the value for money is second to none. I love a bargain, but I actually complained that we had not paid enough! This is an absolutely brilliant restaurant. If you have never been before, book it immediately, treat your family, loved ones, friends whoever. I promise you will not regret it.
Every single time we go to Mambos we are treated with such amazing hospitality from both Rob and the staff, every dish we've ever had there has been exquisite - amazing portions and superb quality. Would highly recommend anyone to go to Mambos especially for birthdays!

My son and I visited at the weekend. The service was very friendly without it being too eager. The menu for early birds was perfect for the early evening with a good selection and even better price. Each dish was delivered at appropriate intervals with no long delays and all tasted delicious.
The garlic bread was the best we have tasted with no awful grease or thick bread base. Excellent experience all round.
Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic food and fabulous hosts. We go as often as we can and they always make us and our baby so welcome. Love it !!
We always try to eat at least once a month here, the food is excellent and has remained so even when a takeaway service has been all they've been able to offer. Cannot wait for restrictions to be lifted in May when we'll be able to enjoy a lovely dining experience at this great Italian restaurant once more.
