Peaky Pancakes - Ipswich - Photo album

Great venue, lovely bar staff. They had a large selection of beer when I was here. Well worth a visit in the summer due to there great beer garden
Have been twice for the quiz. First time was wonderful no problems. Bar staff are wonderful and fairly consistent in terms of people behind the bar. Very friendly. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the quizmaster, otherwise excellent, took very long breaks in between questions. Other
In all the years I've lived in Ipswich I've never visited this place until now. Its a small pub in the heart of town with a great choice of proper ales and craft spirits. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonably cheap too. Nothing to dislike!
Great pub, lovely land lady
This pub has grown so much over the years & truely is my favourite. The staff are always incredibly friendly & the venue itself is beautiful. The outside garden is such a hidden gem, you definitely dont feel like you are in the middle of ipswich. I always feel safe & comfortable here, if there is an
Even before lockdown this was a favourite of mine. Beautiful old building with bags of character. Friendly staff ready to guide you through the range of beers available. Not sure what you want, they will ask you what you like and makes ace suggestions. Been back since Covid and one of the few plac
Cosy pub with a great selection of craft beers and real ales. Beer garden, insofar as town centre pubs go, is ideal for a sunny day.
Really nice place. Lovely beer garden. Proper sun trap! Nice house gin and friendly staff. Oldest pub in Ipswich. Not serving food right now due to covid and no seating indoors (covid). Great place!
By far one of the nicest pubs in town. The manager is an absolute sweetheart, and general lovely and friendly vibes all round whenever I go. Also, beautiful beer garden!
Nice pub with a good selection of real ales. Staff were easy going and had a great experience.
I love this pub, it's the oldest in Ipswich and my great uncle and aunt ran it in the early 20th Century so I can't say anything bad about it even if I could. Oh, and cats!
Excellent atmosphere, hospitality, friendly bar staff and a good selection of drinks. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended.
What an awesome pub, staff are friendly with a great choice of drinks. Really enjoyed the German Lager on sale and the outside area was lovely on a sunny evening. Looking forward to a return soon 😎
Excellent Grain brewery beers in a great old Ipswich pub.
Beer festival on this weekend, called Grain Fest. Cast ales, selection of spirits. Pretty garden area with lights and three pots of bamboo plants, in different places. Painted walls. Ash trays for smokers. Parasols at tables . DJ in outside. Shabby chic interior. Crisps and nuts, no food served at
Nice vibe, well kept beer (Grain brewery) and friendly staff. I've mostly just stopped in for a pint but have also seen some live music (associated with the Ipswich Jazz Festival) and apparently they have a quiz night on a Wednesday at the moment. There's also food but I think I've only ever had the
Stumbles across this place on a trip around Ipswich. An old pub with character, a good selection of beers, clean tables, and friendly bar staff. I would come back again and recommend.
A Grain Brewery taproom. Good range of their cask and draft beers on plus some interesting guest craft beers also usually feature. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and easy going in a nice traditional pub.
