Pizzas have definitely improved since the first time I've ordered. Lots more flavour and more toppings. Enjoyed the four cheese tots and chicken too.
Decent value for money if you go for one of the deals
I don’t order takeout much, but decided to go to papa johns due to an offer they have. I didn’t realise it was a set offer, and due to my dietary requirements I wasn’t able to get it. The young fella served me and was very accommodating. Great service and a great smile! Very welcoming and overall good experience. Thank you! Will be returning.
Very busy. The staff were very efficient, though it did appear that someone was either training on the terminal or getting to grips with a new system. Having said that we got our pizzas piping hot and when they said. The server also recommended a deal to save us money, when I tried to book in on the Web it came out at £40, when I phoned up the same order came to £26! That is what I call service!!

I am currently a student at the University of Suffolk and Papa Johns is conveniently located next to the university campus. I regularly use the Papa John’s app to get student discounts and save a lot of money on pizza. I can buy medium pizzas for £7.99 instead of the usual £21.99. The pizzas are high quality and tasty and would highly recommend to other people especially students.
The food is brilliant and they cook it with care.The best pizza I’ve ever had and the customer service is fantastic, working here alone with so many customers is impressive.They constantly clean and the place is clean.
Absolutely wonderful. I think alot of review's are poor because of the terrible service from just eat, if you go in and order, it will be fresh, delicious, and perfect. Also, SO much cheaper to go instore. Would highly recommend.
I ordered a pizza last day. Pizza was delicious and the guys at the store were amazing especially Malkeet and Kamal. Food was made to request and the service was excellent.

Delivery time was a bit long. Placed and order at 00:00 -> the system said delivered at 00:38 (which is wrong) and the actuall delivery time was 01:00. However pizza is soooo delicious. I would recommend to come and pick it up yourself
Guided towards my order the manager Harry Singh explained every bit of the options available and had my order ready in a shorter time period ! Definitely my always go to Papa Johns outlet.
