Used the drive through. They were down to 1 machine and had just taken a 10 coffee order, but still got my Hot Chocolate to me in good time. Very tasty and I was happy. Staff happy and helpful.
We do a drinks rotation at work on a Friday (about 8 drinks) however the baristas are always surprised by our order. Can’t fault them though, the drinks are usually correct the service it with a smile and they’re always tasty and hot.
Always busy. Good coffee selection and good service. Open in the evenings which is nice if your not into pubs.
I like this branch out Starbucks. It is nice and bright from natural lighting. The seating is right by the windows so get full sun. Most of the time it's not too busy.
This is my favourite Starbucks in Ipswich. The staff are SO nice and I have never had a negative experience with them. Group of 10 foreign men sat around one big table drinking coffee- not a problem - but when one walks in & starts eating a Burger King meal (& drink) 🤷🏼! Not sure what Starbucks policy is on this but if I was the owner……😡
Other than that it was a pleasant enough visit.
Drinks are usually always good.
Never any where nice to sit usually, it’s quite busy.
It is a tad over priced too.

Really like it here. Nice place, sunny, friendly staff, and a decent place to open up a laptop and get some work done.
One of the few coffee places open till a decent time on a Sunday, which is when I tend to get a bit done. Wi-Fi is good. Lots of decent height tables and work spots.

Ordered a drink through the drive thru this morning and the person taking the orders was incredibly friendly, happy and cheered my morning up!
Just been served at the drive thru by a very lovely man, his customer service skills were top notch and put a smile on my face, thank you. (Tall, light brown hair and glasses)
Very good service from what I presume was management, I'd managed to order online to the wrong store but he sorted my order out for me so I didn't have to travel around
