Ipswich just gained promotion to the Premier League. Servers and Cooks happy led to me having one of the cleanest and piping hot Chicken Big Mac's - Hit the jackpot here. Clean too!
Good service and as expected food. Last time I went I was treated to a group of very polite policemen, one of whom loudly spoke the full name and date of birth of a recently interviewed witness over his radio whilst ordering on one of the self serve terminals. Nice one Suffolk constabulary.
When I went here there was plenty of place to park in the car park and the drive through looked almost empty at 11am. After ordering food we got it served very quickly and all of the sauces and napkins looked to be well stocked and working. The food was lovely too 😋 plenty of seating inside.
Well, McDonald's I wouldn't say it's bad. I won't say it's good. It's mediocre, some of the chips were limp some of the chicken nuggets with your droy The burger look like he'd been stood on an overall. The chicken was a bit tasteless but it was clean and tidy and the staff will lovely
Admittedly the place works like a food factory. Everyone works really fast and they serve several hundreds of people within the day.
I 've been there more than once and was always happy.
Last time though, I was trying to order vegan burgers but in the end received proper ones (even had bacon) in the bag.
Understandably mistakes will happen.
For what it matters the staff is excellent so far and I believe that would have probably changed it if I told them. Unfortunately this was a drive through and I was a bit late when I realised.
I am between four and five stars; there's no 4.5 stars so will put 4 stars for the moment.
McDonald's really is convenient we go for a coffee and a donut sometimes more it's a fun place to be , highly recommended.
Good service but concerned about all the McDonald's litter near the entrance
The burger was only warm not hot and came with pickles that I removed when ordered. I assumed it was because they were a little busy. But overall not bad.

Used this macdonalds via app for home delivery. Only establishment at McDonald's that did not make mistakes and miss items from delivery. This macdonalds has high standard of service and customer care. Cardinal Park did not come up to this standard.
Did drive through. Quick service and friendly staff.
McDonald's was very busy when I visited, which was around midday. There are tables outside but it was raining when I was there so no-one sat outside. A few people sat in their car.
