Foxhall Chippy - Ipswich - Photo album

Possibly one of the best chips shops in the area. Over the last few years the new owners have taken control and delivery a friendly service, always cooking fresh food that they care about. We go there every week or so with the family and it’s constantly good.
Tonight I had one of the best pieces of cod in years. It was cooked to perfection. Absolutely lovely.
Excellent freshly cooked fish and chips
Went there on a Saturday evening and was met by 3 jolly gents. Fish was cooked to order so had to wait a bit, but that's fine by me. I had a tasty piece of haddock that had a nice crisp batter on it and chips. Certainly not stingy with portions either. I will certainly pop in again when passing and
As a family with Coeliac disease we have really missed fish and chips so were keen to try Foxhall Chippy. We tried cod and sausage and chips and were really impressed with the quality, taste and large portions. Gluten free menu is available Tuesday evenings or on request with an hours notice any ot
Food always very hot as cooked to order and not left under a warming light. Staff are very polite and friendly Good prices and decent size portions
Happen to stumble on this chippy after delivery of a vehicle and walking to railway station. Had to wait a little while, but my cod and chips were freshly cooked and tasted delicious so I have given 5 stars. Good value too!
Excellent welcoming service and after being cooked to order an excellent meal of cod and chips
Great fish and chips, freshly cooked quickly to order. Open on Sundays when other similar places are not.
Our go to chippy, the skate particularly is amazing, and you can't find it everywhere so we love to get it here. The staff are friendly and get the food done in a good amount of time.
Great chippy. The food is always prepared in front of you and the chips are never greesy which is a must! Definitely would recommend, portion sizes are also really generous!!
Paul (the owner) knows me as two large cod and large chips. His staff are entertaining with a dry sense of humour which is mostly lost on Paul as he's Chinese. We have never found a bone in any of our fish in all the years we have been using TFC, their produce is top quality and your order hits the
Best chippy I'm Ipswich, lovely staff, consistently great food (oil changed regularly unlike most places) and decent sized portions. Always recommend to family and friends.
Always cooked fresh, food is good quality and prices reasonable.
Best fish and chips in Ipswich ☺️
