Nice place, clean, and lots of comfortable seating. Staff were nice and friendly, and they even had a vegan sausage roll which wasn't bad at all. The reason for four stars is the extra price for plant milk. It's 2024, there's lots of vegans, lots of people who are lactose intolerant, or just prefer oat milk in their drinks. An extra 30p per serving when you can get a carton for £1.50 or less is just ridiculous.
It was my first visit, recommended by a friend and it's such a nice coffee shop ! Cosy atmosphere, fresh pastries , great service. I will definitely go back .

What an excellent find - my boys often have football camps at Portman Road as part of the ITFC Foundation. I was looking for somewhere I could work out of and was struggling until I found Cool Beanz.
The staff are so welcoming, really friendly and the ambience is brilliant. There is plenty of space, with a variety of tables, WiFi and power so it is easy to work out of.
Drinks are reasonably priced and the coffee is really nice, the food too is great value, freshly prepared and tasty, with a variety of sandwich, wraps, paninis, jacket potatoes and cakes.
I'd highly recommend coming here, whether to enjoy a coffee, catch up with friends and family or even work. I wish I had found it sooner!

This was our first visit since the emergency. It was just like coming home.
My wife and I had a glass of water. Cup of coffee and Leek and potato soup. Excellent and piping hot.
I'm a regular here to get my morning coffee, occasional bacon roll and even lunch sometimes. Staff are friendly and lovely people. Pretty much all of the cakes, sweet treats and savory food are homemade/made fresh on site. They've recently added more options for other dietary requirements - non dairy milks, vegan/gluten free paninis, etc
Have been to this establishment many time. Everytime I've been I've found the staff warm and friendly. The coffee is great and well priced. Excellent place for meeting clients which i have done many times.

Very good, efficient service and excellent choice of dishes, on today's menu. The prices are reasonable. I always go here if I have a meeting in Endeavour House.
