Food ordered in advance for 50th birthday party. Good staff. Music available from your own phone, links up to their speakers. Spotify used. Good bar. Expensive to hire.
Robert and his team were very helpful and supportive right from the very start, when my & my husband were still looking for the venue. Nothing was too much trouble, all the questions were answered quickly and suggestions given. On the day of the wedding we were taken care of, everything ran as smoot
Throw back old school venue full of nostalgia. Really enjoyed the ambiance and the snooker matches we had there. Food solid as well.

We were looked after splendidly by manager Robert and the attentive staff for our Mums wake. Perfect venue for such an occasion, great location and just the right ambience. Thoroughly recommend.
Lovely place. Had our wedding there. Staff are friendly and the manager goes out of his way to help make your time spent there is memorable.
I haven’t tasted food like it in years. It’s the opposite of modern but that’s what was nice about it. The food is homely and comforting and sometimes that’s just what you need. I’d eat there again in a flash.
My first experience of this lovely club,Was to attend a small gathering after a funeral.. The staff were charming & very helpful... I hope I shall have the chance to return.... in happier circumstances...
