Very enjoyable evening visit. Interesting selection of ales. We were not eating at the venue, but enjoyed the ambience and the beers. There are numerous attractions arranged for the benefit of punters, so we'll worth checking out. The funky disco started during our visit.
Came for a open mic night to support a freind, didnt have any food so can't comment on that, wide range of drinks/real ale which was a surprise for me. Music levels were just about spot on an could hear the artists clearly even over people talking. Can't wait to pop down again
Throughly enjoyed our dinner here. Booked online easily & secured deposit of £5pp. Table was ready when we arrived 15 mins early (was a quiet Monday though) Our server Michael was friendly, and spoke to us about our food choices as was our first time. Food came out pretty quickly & was very tasty.
The staff here were so welcoming! They were polite, made friendly conversation and were very knowledgeable about the menu for food and drinks. Really enjoyed my visit, wish I'd taken the staff members names to praise them personally. The food and drink were excellent, a little pricier than the res
Regular rotating guest cask and craft ales (you can even suggest your own at the bar in a book) Own brew on offer too. German lagers, Belgian beer bottles. House smoked and marinated meats. Top notch place. Will return many times.
Nice pub. Not very disabled friendly as toilets are on the bottom floor and no lifts. If you have mobility problems you would find it very hard.
BEST BOTTOMLESS IN IPSWICH!! Came in for a bottomless brunch and it was lush! Friendly, helpful and lovely staff. Amazing selection of draught drinks, gin and prosecco available, soft and hot drinks. This was explained to us from our server who was attentive, helpful and just plain cool tbf. We spok
Quirky interior offering amazing food and an excellent selection of beers. They also offer the option of a third of a pint on most beers.
Good pub, good selection of drinks and decent friendly staff but can't help thinking the space on the ground floor isn't being used properly. Needs more small tables and less massive 6/8 seater tables
Cool, quirky gin bar downstairs. We had a unicorn gin and it was presented really nicely. £10 a go as the mixers are extra, but nice for a treat. I couldn't afford to drink too many here. Loved the decor though and was nice to have tried it. Ps. The gin menu is huge, so be brave and pick something y
Visited with work colleagues before evening drinks. Service with a smile, food as expected and price not terrible. Would return
We go before football and have a butger chips and s pint for around £15 the food is always tasty and great value as well as this there is a great selection of beers
We went here for a friends leaving do. I kept to cider but there are a lot of draft beers on tap., they claim 22 beers i think. As I was drinking it made sense to also grab some food. The TWM pulled pork burger (£10) was fantastic!!! I would give 5 stars just for that, but the matching fries and ver
Just popped in for the first time for a cheeky pint with mates pre meal in a restaurant. Good prices, bar menu looks nice, cool chilled atmosphere with big tables for playing some of their board games. Defo going to be popping in again for a few and nibbles, wife wanted a selfie or us 3 so obliged l
Expensive for Ipswich but a nice place to sit for a beer. One of the guys' behind the bar comes across as a bit patronising and they're happy to charge premium prices but let kids run around screaming.
Great place for food and drinks. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.
