Friendly staff which makes all the difference!
They went out of their way to meet our needs and their service has cheered us right up especially in these apocalyptic Tory (everything is a work-meeting) times. The food was tasty. A big thank you to Tom and Aisha especially. Keep up the good work!

Very tasty cake and very nice coffee too. Was a good selection of cakes but the menu looked good too especially the winter menu. Staff were attentive and friendly. Was unable to pay with cash but wasn't any problem for us on this visit.

Just feel the place is in need of a refurb. The shop itself could be lovely & cosy, but it's got a greasy spoon cafe
Food was delicious and we were very well looked after by a lovely gentleman called Angel who was extremely Friendly and helpful. He was kind to us and was very good with my 3 year old grandaughter.
The staff is very friendly and professional. We had afternoon tea for 2. Everything is very tasty! The only minus for me is that it’s a bit too crowded and the tables are situated quite close to each other.
I purchased on line and birthday cake from Paris series Valerie to be collected from my local shop. It was there on my arrival and the cake was just as I had hoped for. It was delicious and I would definitely recommend it. The service is friendly and efficient.
I had the buttermilk pancakes with blueberries, banana and honey, so nice.
The waitress then informed us that the drink was free with any hot meal. So free latte was a bonus!
Mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch food was hot and tasty. What made the experience first class and worth 5 stars was the most polite and helpful waitress I have come across.

Enjoy their tea and toast here on Wednesday morning. Friendly staff, very clean and tidy as well. Nothing is to much trouble. Love this place.
Food was really good. Really enjoyed the eggs benedict. Not the warmest hot drinks served. Service was friendly and quick too.
