Excellent independent. Azzouz (the business owner) has done extremely well building this family-run business over the past 12 years. Customer service is high, coffee beans are roasted themselves, couldn't recommend them enough!
The best bacon sandwich on the waterfront. If you’re at the university they also offer discounts. The cafe next door has paddy & Scott’s coffee but longer queues plus the view here is stunning across the marina
