This place is excellent. Highly recommend. Was in Ipswich for a long weekend and was here three times, as it was the best place for late breakfast/ brunch, and such superb value. The £6.75 Special was two sausages, two slices bacon, hash brown, fried egg and beans, slice of toast, glass of orange juice AND a pot of tea or coffee!!!!!! Brilliant. Sets you up for the day. An amazing find down a side street. Lots of other things in the menu including sandwiches, baguettes, baked potatoes, omelettes and cakes. Friendly service and a nice old fashioned cafe house environment.

Such a pleasant atmosphere. Their coffee is very good and served in a cafetière. We have become brunch addicts and enjoy our visits to the town centre again!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Though there's no music played here, it's a cosy cafe with an old-world feel. I personally recommend the Jaceys club sandwich or something from the breakfast menu, though I hear the burgers are really good too. The coffee pulled from the espresso machine is rich and comforting, and the tea is served as leaves in a teapot with a strainer. Try and get here early during the week as it can get quite busy. It is a perfect place to take a friend for coffee and a catch-up.

Cute little cafe with really fun decor and nice home-y food. The place was sprinkled with the coolest teapots and coffee and tea puns.

Oh my,! What a pleasant surprise, hidden away in the back streets. I was early for an appointment and came across this gem. I ordered a bacon roll and tea. Wow.! There is real loose tea leaves that you strain as you pour from the pot. (The pot stays hot for your second cup). The bacon "bap" is a real handful, not just one rasher of cheap bacon, but filled with delicious slightly smoked and not salty bacon (It's even served with some salad). The staff are professional and welcoming. Yes, I will be back. Thanks.

Quick pop into town needed a takeaway latte & quick bite to eat , found this little cosy quirky gem . Lovely friendly staff happy to chat , delicious homemade sausage roll , they asked if I'd like it warmed up "yes please" , enjoyed the latte , a little detail I was impressed with once I'd found a quiet spot to sit down was the foil lined bag the sausage roll was in , obviously kept it warm & no oil seeping, easily pleased ! Highly recommend Jaceys .
