Just finished our almost daily take away from Fish Face, if your in town and fancy a coffee or some epic cake, this is the place, I can certainly recommend the pecan pie, date slice, sausage rolls, pecan pie, cheese scones, paninis, pecan pie is good as well by the way

Great coffee, great cakes including gluten free and great service
Great Customer Service and Food! Moving the ordering area to front of Cafe' is a good idea. Staff are friendly and make you feel Welcome. Great range of Food/Drinks on offer at the Cafe'.
Best coffee and food in town lovely staff. Love it.
Love this place as a chill out zone, located in one of Ipswich town centres historic areas. The Walk Ipswich
When you have allergies/intolerances then eating out can be a nightmare, you can be made to feel like you are being awkward and picky when all you are doing is trying to stay well. Finally there is somewhere in Ipswich I can eat without fear and it's not just thrown together it's thought about, presented well and delicious xx
10/10 lovely atmosphere and food!!! Will definitely be returning
Lovely atmosphere. Great upholstery and a treasure trove of creative goodies. Friendly staff too.
Had a brilliant day very informative and learnt loads, the course was booked as a 60th bithday present. The day went very quickly applied with plenty of coffee and drinks and the food was brilliant a lovely selection.
There was 3 of us which was a good number and all our projects were different so learnt alot see how the other two completed there projects.
Super friendly and attentive staff, nice cappuccino.
The absolute best small independent cafe in Ipswich with the most amazing vegan breakfast! And on top of that, the coffee is outstanding and the people are the definition of friendly! ❤️
So much more!! This shop is truly a treasure hidden down “The Walk!” Offering a large selection of drink, baked goods, breakfast and lunch as well as many gluten free and vegan offerings. The courteous staff helps with your dietary needs and any questions you have. Be sure to seek out this shop while in Ipswich!
Very friendly staff and a great selection of food and drinks to choose from. Only had a coffee so can’t speak of the food but the coffee was pretty good so I assume the food is too. Will come again.
It was my first time to visit this quaint looking craft place. I only went in for a hot chocolate, but there were lovely cakes and savoury pastries on display. There was seating both downstairs and up - all well arranged so that out didn't feel crowded. Lovely crafts/ handmade items on display which just brought the atmosphere together.
Open 10-4 pm every day except Sunday. The shop sells upholstery and contains a cafe inside the shop. The cafe offers a range of drinks (milkshakes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc) and food. There is a wide selection of drinks available that you would not find elsewhere. They also offer different types of milk. There are vegan food options available. If you can not find a particular item on the menu to meet your particular needs just ask and they will tell you if they can cater your needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. Outside the cafe are tables and chairs available allowing you to sit back and enjoy your food and drinks
Best coffee in Ipswich by far (Sorry Green Room, not a latte lover!)
Highly recommend the menu (GF & DF) My favourite is the cheese scone/soup option. Perfect!
Love this store, came up from London with my girlfriend and wanted to experience something a little different from just Costa etc. This really is that, on a cut-through between two of the main streets it's nicely tucked away from the bustle whilst still being in the centre of town. Amazing staff were really friendly and the food is amazing.
Only downside is I just went in for a coffee and came out spending a lot more having bought loads of gifts for people! But I guess it isn't their fault they sell amazing gifts also!!
Found this wonderful little Cafe by chance as we wandered in central Ipswich. Liked it so much we returned the next day. Excellent home baked produce on offer, friendly staff and a lovely eclectic vintage mix of fittings. Loads of character and a brilliant place for a pot of tea with freshly baked goods - including savoury, gluten free options. A must if you are in Ipswich.
A vast array of interesting fabrics gor all crafts and home makes
We wanted somewhere (that wasn't a chain) to have a coffee. We found this cafe. The coffee and cheese scone were amazing 😊 The Covid set up was the best we have experienced ~screens between the tables & a temperature check at the door. Excellent place.
Friendly quirky little cafe with lots of character and home made food. Cakes look gorgeous. I thought there was a good veggie / vegan selection. Lovely porridge; I thought it would have been even better with a choice of topping, maybe dried fruits or nuts?
A very pleasant little cafe to have lunch and rest from shopping. Menu varied and interesting with really good coffee. Staff were extremely helpful and polite in ensuring we all had the extras we needed.
I absolutely love this coffee shop. Staff is great, really nice, smiley and professional. And of course food and drinks are great. From jacket potatoes with chilli, coronation chicken panini served with salad and crisps (and a lot more possibilities) , quiche with salad, minestrone soup... To the best chocolate brownies (gluten-free), orange and chocolate cake, red velvet, carrot cake, scones and muffins (and of course a lot more).
They do great coffees, like caramel latte (they have loads of different syrups), teas (black, green, infusions), hot chocolate, and milkshakes (my favourite is banana milkshake, as it is made with real bananas, not banana powder).
They also have a great selection of handcrafted stuff, locally made, such as handbags, jewellery, greeting cards, knitted stuff, scarves... And Annie Sloan chalk paints.
And now they have an area specially dedicated to children for them to play while you're enjoying your drink.
They also have vegan and gluten-free options, you just need to ask.
Visited Fishface yesterday lunch time. The food is inexpensive and generous, lovely hot pitta bread with smooth tasty homemade houmous and mixed fresh salad. Attentive service and I would thoroughly recommend.
