To die for coffee, beautiful brunch and the Scottish waiter was the icing on the cake ❤️
Deco inside is just so interesting, couldn’t stop looking around and the all important toilets were “ spotless”
We will return !
Few places cater for vegans, but these guys have an entire menu designed for us and it’s not a second rate attempt to tick a box, it’s damned good menu. They’re also totally welcoming to my dog, so they literally couldn’t be better in my eyes.
Visited last Saturday night as part of a hen do. Loved the decor (it reminded me of the Titanic!) and ambience. The food was served in good time. I can highly recommend the pigs in blankets (starter) and lobster mac & cheese (main).

Cocktails were delicious and a freebie for the bride to be was a lovely touch! We weren’t rushed and enjoyed our meal before heading off for the rest of our evening..... this 1st visit certainly won’t be our last!!!
My first time here although my partner has visited a Cosy Club in other places. Incredible decor, welcoming front of house staff which really set off our evening and very delicious and rather fancy three course meal and cocktails. A wonderful way to spend our anniversary, Thank you. I want to say a special Thank you to Wilson (the Scotsman) who was an utterly brilliant server, funny, and helped make the evening a little bit more special. Definitely coming back!!

Came here with friends on a Saturday and had a great time.
It was nice and warm as been a little cool when we've visited in the past.
We all loved our food & drinks no complaints at all.
The Christmas Dec's were nice.

Marcin was amazing this morning and gave us the most delicious avocado toast and breakfast plus catered to allergies! He is the best server and should be recommended
Gluten free, vegan ,vegetarian menus and options - I agree with another review that there are many options, more than initially listed on outside menu. They asked me before seating me if I had any allergens then offered the applicable menu. This place has a nice, relaxing atmosphere with relaxing music playing. There are restrooms for customers. There are many places to sit and different types of seating areas. There is a bar and an extensive drink menu at the tables - non-alcoholic and alcohol. I ordered Summer Green Risotto with additional chicken (gf, extra cost). Felt healthy, fresh, and was absolutely delicious; good portion size. I went during non-busy part of day. The entrance outside of Mall by the church and to left corner. Decor wonderful, old wood floors.
Food and drinks are awesome, the venue is lovely and ‘cosy’, if you are in town or visiting Ipswich i can’t recommend this place enough, for the beer lovers out there, i recommend the Hofmeister! Great pint and a great glass
Lovely staff and absolutely stunning food - we never leave disappointed! And as a recommendation, try the iced vanilla macha!
Food is of excellent quality, much better than expected from a chain restaurant.
We had plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options, as well as good steaks, to suit all of the group of 12.
Beers at about pub prices. Wine by the glass close in price (per unit) to wine by the bottle. Good choice of wines.
Fun atmosphere.
Excellent service, we were well looked after. Both of us had the cheese ploughman's sandwich with fries, really tasty! Lemon Posset was to die for, mum loved her coffee. If only more of the shopping centre was open the Cozy Club could attract more customers, but will be back.

Came for brunch, super quick service, amazing food, great atmosphere, lovely decor. Hacienda hash was gorgeous! Will definitely be returning!

Have never been here before we were met and greeted and shown to our table. A very nice lady ( Paula) was our server and made us very welcome. Food very tasty with a few glasses of wine. It was 6pm and not to busy so the atmosphere was quite.
Despite the fact that we came when no one was there, but in any case, the waiters treated us very carefully, heard our wishes, because we have one person who does not eat meat, in general, the second person does not eat meat, I eat bacon and pork and asked us to do it separately. It was all done and moreover, We did not have to wait long, all the food was very tasty and we really liked the girl who served us and always smiled at us, not in every restaurant you can get such attention and care, which surprised us very much that we only only paid 58 pounds for it, which in fact, I also asked again if we paid everything correctly, because maybe you didn’t pay something on the bill, we were told that everything was correct, Therefore, in any case, we stayed very Satisfied and we will go there again.
We stopped for lunch and had great service and our servers were friendly and warm. My girlfriend had the Cosy Club sandwich, which was very nice.
We had a great time at Cosy Club! The food is high quality, tasty and beautifully presented. We had the arancini and think it's the best arancini we've tried! The salted caramel cheesecake was amazing too, no spoilers but it has a nice surprise to it ;) The decor is great and the staff are very good- Ben was our waiter and he looked after us so well. He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond. He made us feel really welcome. Will definitely be going back!
