The Woolpack - Ipswich - Photo album

Amazing atmosphere! We went there to try a Italian pizza, and i MUST say that its definitely the best Italian Pizza in Ipswich! And i know what i saying as I am a pizza lover who knows and tried pizza in many places! This Pub is coming on my list now! Atmosphere inside is amazing such a nice cozy pu
Fantastic breakfast today on Mother's day! Made very welcome by staff and thank you for seating us when you were so busy! Amazing food , we will definitely be back!!
Never disappointed when visiting The Woolpack! There's always a great atmosphere at this pub, and the service is always friendly. Outdoor seating is available at the front and back of the pub if the weather permits! As well as good beer, there's also food available which I'd highly recommend.
One of our favourite pubs. We love the cosy inside seating more, but the outside seating is also great. They have a nice backyard seating too. Friendly staff. We also love the food here. The fish platter and the loaded nachos our favourites. The Scotch eggs, though not with runny yolks, were decent.
Went here on a recommendation. I thought it was more of a town pub, couldn't be more wrong. Wonderful building, old floors and bottles, feels very much like a countryside pub. Staff are friendly and polite. The food is wonderful, I had a Philly Beef Cheese steak sandwich, plenty of cheese, beef cook
Nice pub by the park with some of the best cheesy chips you can find :-) Reasonable priced wine with more expensive options if you want them. Great place to stop for lunch especially if you have a dog.
Popped in with my mum on our way into town, and we were so glad we did! Lots of options on the menu for vegetarians as well as meat eaters. We both chose the Mac 'n Cheese with salad and garlic ciabatta for our lunch, and it was delicious. We both said it was the best Macaroni Cheese we'd ever had!
I enjoy going to the Woolpack because of the atmosphere, the surroundings and the staff. The food is usually very good, though I don't find the menu very inspiring. They are always willing to adjust a dish if there's an element you wish to change. It's worth a visit.
A warm welcome here this Mon lunchtime. Good 'unbelievable Jeff' ale and great sauvignon blanc. The belly pork was a real tasty main course from the specials board. Our dog enjoyed the attention... Especially the sausage. A most hospitable establishment, many thanks.
Good pub, ideal if you take the correct exit out of Christchurch Park. Nice outside space despite having traffic run either side of it, doesn't seem to spoil it at all.
