Fantastic garden centre. We visited to see the very large Christmas displays and to have lunch. Wonderful selection of Christmas decorations, too temp you. The restaurant is excellent. It was very busy, and if you just want tea and cakes or scones, walk past the long queue for hot food and go to the cake counter. Hot food is served from 12 noon, so I would say arrive early, or you could be in a queue for a while.

Asked for the gluten free traditional breakfast without bacon and beans as I don’t eat pork. They happily gave me extra mushrooms and an extra fried egg at no extra charge. Everything tasted really nice, including the cappuccino. The staff are very friendly. A very popular cafe so be prepared to queue at certain times.

We went for lunch on the weekend and the food was good. The queuing system was out of the door and around the garden centre, despite there being tables available. We waited until it had calmed down but almost missed lunch hours. There must be a better way to manage the queue and take people's orders because there's capacity.

This is a very nice spot to relax with a coffee and cake after some shopping or browsing. They open up the windows along the side, to turn part of the indoor seating area into an alfresco space with lots of air. Plus they have an outdoor balcony area which fills up on a nice day. It's always busy and popular, but it's worth the wait in line for food. Otherwise just get a coffee and cake from the separate counter and jump the food queue. Coffee was OK and the cake was very nice. The views out across the carpark and onto country side are pleasant.

Excellent food and service. A bit on the pricey side but it is a garden centre so that's always the case. Still it's always great food and that's what counts You place your order at the counter and pay, you're given a number to place on your chosen table and then it's a short wait until the food arrives. Try the quiche of the day, never fails to impress.

Restaurant good as usual. Breakfast sandwich slightly disappointing, need to use better bread than just big standard brown sliced.

Another family get together for lunch for the five of us. Quick friendly service, excellent food and drink, and a relaxing meal was had (Ploughmans, Quiche, Sandwich, and two ham, egg, & chips!)

The food is pretty good although the price is already little more than we feel it warrants. There's a new Cafe in the outside semi-open area that we haven't tried yet. Perhaps next time.

The best quiche I have ever had in my life! Bring back the quiche Lorraine and I’m never leaving hahahaha portion sizes are lovely. Quite the queue every day and I can see why. Return frequently, but would do more if the quiche went back to my favourite hah! Great staff too. Always clean and tidy surrounds.
