Absolutely phenomenal pub in Inverness! First time in the Foundry and it won't be the last. The most amazing cocktails and shots, the live music was awesome, the staff were super super friendly, the decor is so beautiful and the food was super tasty! Most definitely will be making this a regular par
Don’t visit Inverness, without a visit to this amazing pub! The food is exceptional and the staff is really lovely! I’m so happy that we stopped in today on our day trip.
What a great Pub. Massive selection of beers on tap and a large whiskey selection. Great atmosphere with bands regularly entertaining patrons. Excellent hospitality with friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
Had a fantastic Sunday lunch. Very covid safe would recommend the roast beef. Would have liked more gravy so if your like me I would ask when you order. Great value for money and would definitely go back
Great pub with the most gracious hosts! They happily answered all of our questions and then came from around the bar to treat us to a bagpipe performance. Can't wait to come back!
Excellent pub. Very good beer and scotch selection. The owner plays a mean set of pipes. I lived the history of the former foundry, too.
Excellent food, excellent service. Highly recommended folks!
So glad we found this gem!!! The moment my husband and I walked in, we felt welcome and invited. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from food & drink recommendations to local travel tips. The decor was cozy yet modern and spotless, even the bathrooms. We ordered the steak pie and the soup of the
Great pub! Went there with my hubby and wee son so that we could escape the rain and have a few beers and dinner! Glad we did 😊 good menu and selection of beers. Clean and good atmosphere and excellent music. Billy the owner is nice and friendly. It was quiet but was midweek, so to be expected at th
11/30/21 What a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was exceptional. I am a travel agent with Find Your Heart Travel in the USA. We were with a Globus tour and over 30 travelers. Each was treated like a friend. The beer options were superb. We took a peak upstairs at the amazing restaurant and it was de
Made very welcome in the Foundry. Even though it was early there is a nice feeling about this place. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our snacks were just right for us. Toilets were immaculate. I would definitely recommend this bar and will be back for sure.
My family (7 people & 3 dogs) visited Rose Street Foundry at the weekend for a few afternoon drinks. We weren't sure if we'd be welcome with three dogs, but the manager & all the staff were more than welcoming and really friendly. Prices were so reasonable and we enjoyed a few drinks, with lovely at
Nice gastropub quite close to the bus station & River Ness. They have a pretty extensive food menu & nice selection of beers. I had the fillet of salmon with crayfish & potatoes. Quite nice, but I wish the portion size had been a little bigger considering the price.
Our intention was to get something to eat. But it was so nice and cozy that we stayed in this stylish restaurant until closing time. Nice team and a TOP General manager.
Went when live music was on. A bit too busy with too many people sitting at the bar and blocking the bar for others queueing up. Also people moving tables and chairs blocking walking routes. Good selection of drinks and staff friendly
Cairngorm lager, wings and caesar salad—all on point. Here’s the bigger picture—just like in America, it seems the food service industry is strapped post-Covid and many places turn business away. Rose Street Foundry has tables and staff waiting for you. Beautiful building and nice vibe inside—chill
Went to the foundry for the 1st time since they reopened and had the Sunday carvery. Its definitely the best Sunday carvery I've had in Inverness for years (pre-covid). A lovely atmosphere with a live Jazz band playing in the background. The waiting staff couldn't be anymore accommodating too, th
