I came into store today for my caramel Frappuccino and was served by Nicholas. He was very friendly and positively engaging with customers and staff. Daisy gave me my drink and smiled it really made my day and cheered me up. The store was nice and clean and waiting time was around 2 minutes.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to! The staff especially were amazing, super sweet, helpful and service minded and they made a perfect drink too! Definitely worth a visit to wake you up or brighten your day! 💚
Popped in for a quick treat with my youngest child - she's 5. She had a hot chocolate and a delicious looking muffin, I broke from my usual traditions and had a chai latte. My daughter ate and drank everything, I really enjoyed my drink. There was a nice ambience, the staff were friendly and served us quickly, just an overall great experience.
Absolutely love coming here. The staff are lovely and a big shout out especially to Nicholas...my daughter adores starbucks and he makes her feel extra special every time we come in to the point she won't go yo any other. Mel

Her recommendations were spot-on, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about my satisfaction.

Excellent customer service. Always happy staff. Young girl called Emma offered to take my coffee over to my table as I am elderly and use a walking stick. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure I enjoyed my visit. Thank you Emma, keep up the good work.
My favourite coffee shop in town 👍coffee is just amazing and food is delicious 😋 This place is always very clean and comfy. The staff is fantastic very friendly,helpful and always welcoming .Highly recommend 👌!!!
Lovely experience in this Starbucks, great customer service from a young girl called Eilidh. I was unsure with what drink to chose, she helped me decide what type of drink to choose and was very patient with me. Also giving me other options of some of her favourites which was a huge help. All over a great experience from the staff.
