I’ve never seen a big Nando’s restaurant in London . This is the best one I’ve been so far . The city of Inverness is very pretty, I’m loving everything about this place .
Seems like the only place in the mall that's open for dinner so it's likely you may have to wait for a table.
The chicken here is really good, so juicy and full of flavour. Worth the wait.
Great food as always! Really enjoyed the new garlic bbq! However when ordering they removed the butterfly chicken from my basket right as I was about to pay as they'd run out of stock
One of the most eagerly awaited Diners I was waiting for. Finally entered their outlet in Inverness and left thoroughly satisfied. Excellent spread of chicken in their heritage Peri peri sauces preparation. Chicken was lip smacking good and wholesome. Portions served were sumptuous. Selection of sauces and bottomless drinks were fascinating.
Staff is very friendly and are prompt to ask of Allergen information before order and service is decently fast. A must Visit place after a long drive. Wheel chair accessible and open free parking.
Had a night out with my boys, they choose nandos and I was very impressed ordering was straight forward I had the rainbow bowl it was delicious and looked exactly as it was on the menu 😋 it was great value for money and tasty. The staff were great and not over bearing.

Good service and they gave us my friends lost chain back. The food is good. The people on the counter are really friendly. The best stop if you are going on a trip to Scotland by car.

Really enjoy the food at this Nandos, always cooked really well and delicious. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful, always very attentive and incredibly friendly. However, the wait times for tables can be quite lengthy, so be prepared to wait a while to be seated. This is obviously no fault of the staff, but just a minor gripe
Yes it's a chain and yes you order on an app but it's good food, reasonably priced and decent portions.

Great example of the brand - friendly staff and great with dietary requirements, taking you through the menu when ordering. My wife who is coeliac (no gluten) ate safely

A couple of problems which were rectified very well by polite staff.
Our order was missed initially so we had a long wait then when it did arrive my wife got the super hot sauce and I got the mild.
This was quickly corrected and we got a fresh meal which was delicious.
To compensate we received a complimentary drink each.
Mistakes happen and when staff apologise and take action it allows a positive outcome.
I would recommend this place for a bite to eat.
First time ever at Nando. Nice food, quickly served and very kindly personell.
Not bad considering it's the only nandos for miles. The food is consistent.
