One of the best meals we have ever had during our travels, very good portions, price was ok. Staff was little bit lazy not paying attention who wants to order.But again food was absolutely delicious.
Best fish and chip takeaway in Inverness. All food cooked to order. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Restaurant area is clean and has a good menu, service is great. Highly recommend for a family treat or when you just can't be bothered cooking.
Nice fish and chip shop. The batter was not too thick and crispy, the portion of large haddock was quite impressive. The breadcrumb one was well fried, dried and crunchy. The only bad thing was they ran out of fish supplies and there wasn’t other offerings but haddock on the day. The chips were
Visited for breakfast whilst waiting for my car to be serviced, ideally located for the garage. Place was a wee bit on the cold side but it was 1st thing. Nice enough breakfast and good amount for the cost.

Fantastic atmosphere, tasty food, excellent waitresses, i left an envelope in one of the bushes outside containing 1000pounds sterling, if the reviews get looked at by the staff then they will know its there. Best chippy restaurant in Scotland 10/10
I had a jumbo sausage supper from the chip shop section. The chips were crinkled cuts (very nice). The sausage was different to one's at other chip shops but it was nice. Would certainly recommend.
Great people. Food was great. Lovely sitting area.
We enjoyed lunch here, they had a big selection of dishes to decide from. The food was good and service as well. Worth stopping by if you are in the area.
My mum in law and I visited on a trip to Inverness, parking outside, we sat outside at one of bistro tables, we ordered chicken caesar salad, served quickly, assistant friendly and very helpful, really good size portions at a reasonable price.
Will definitely visit again 👍🏻
😊 my first visit to Lorimers & also to try either Haddock or Cod. Not sure which to choose, our delightful waitress Lauren, made a compelling case for the Haddock & I'm glad for it, as it was delicious, so was the side salad I also ordered!!✅🤤😂 My husband gave a thumbs up for the Chicken Caesar sala
Enjoyed dinner here with my teenage son. Lovely scampi. Good filling plates. Quick friendly service. Think pub grub/chip shop fare. Just what we were looking for. Hope to return here soon.
