Enjoyed the dining experience and the atmosphere. They take food allergies seriously with a menu that sorts based on the specific allegy. Would give the food 3.5-4 stars. Lasagna was good but nothing special. Burger was better but the bun was a bit dry. Taramisu was pretty tasty.
Excellent staff very attentive the dirty fries where really nice unfortunately the dirty hot dog let the experience down dramatically, the hot dog tasted like an overcooked tesco £1 microwaved hot dog very tough bread and bad tasting dog, everything else was nice.

Great experience at frankie and bennys last week. All the staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was great. Decent value for money too!
Good food, atmosphere, and helpful staff. I ordered the Dirty Dog for my main with sweet potato upgrade, and to drink I tried the Strawberry cloudy lemonade which was strong but very nice, and also a (very) large coke.

We came in with 22 people last night (20.07.203) 10 adults and 12 children. Your staff were amazing and accommodated to us. Our server needs to have a very special mention as she was fabulous. Have not been here for 2yrs,popped in for lunch,a Dirty Hot Dog,BBQ Brisket,crispy onions, jalapenos,cheese sauce,skin on fries,my other half Buttermilk Chicken burger fries,side of onion rings and a couple of drinks,prompt service,food arrived piping hot,wow.....so so good, messy 😋.
