What a marvelous place, a little paradise which shew itself to us while walking into Inverness. ..and what a vegan paradise!!! You want to have a go at everything but I really recommend the Dirty Chaï and you want to have a bite into one (or many) of their flapjacks. They are just stunning!!! Thanks again for the very lovely food, the humanity and warmth of the people working there, and the cozy atmosphere of the place. Thank you ever so much.

Found this amazing cafe by accident & loved it so much we visited 3 times! Delicious cakes, yummy soup, fantastic chilli & sandwiches. We worked our way through the menu! The Rhubarb cake was the best cake my other half has had for a long time & he eats a lot of cake. Friendly staff and great service. I would rather have a small wait whilst my food is freshly prepared. Well worth a visit & wish we had somewhere like this at home.

What a lovely wee gem of a place. There was a really good selection of vegan options. We had the lentil soup which was really thick and hearty along with a smoked tofu 'BLT' and roast veg and hummus sandwiches which were really good. The staff were friendly and the food was great. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Inverness!

Having experienced both flifting (facial massage) and traditional Thai massage from the lovely Tana Kell I cannot recommend them, or Tana enough. This lady is professional, intuitive and educational, and the therapies have to be experienced to be believed. Not for the faint hearted but really worth the effort. If you are thinking to try either then Tana is most certainly your Therapist.

After receiving a Nourish gift voucher for my birthday, I booked my first massage and decided to go for a Thai massage after hearing how good Tana Kell was. Tana explained how Thai massage works and was very professional. She is a very experienced and knowledgeable masseuse. Tana felt where ligaments were injured and worked on them which has made a big difference to the mobility of my bad knee. Definitely recommend Tana. Thank you

I went to Nourish cafe and had an almond cappuccino. Definitely foamy enough. The staff were friendly and the cafe itself was very pleasant. :)

Regardless of how concerned about 'healthy food' you may be, try this place. I have had the most wonderful soup, second probably only to my mum's. Warm environment and welcoming faces. Have particularly appreciated the sole presence of brown sugar and Himalayan salt on the table.

Another great lunch, Phil, the coconut curry was really delicious and I just loved the fresh lemon and ginger tea. You were really busy too; it's good to see you doing well and best wishes for the future.

We were visiting Inverness for the day and I was delighted to find Nourish when looking up vegan food places. Our lunch was delicious, the staff were lovely and the pumpkin pie we took away was the perfect treat for later in the day. Would love to come back next time we're visiting the area!

Nice little independent café serving the vegetarian and vegan community in Inverness. There are plenty of options here for breakfast (which finishes at 11:30am) and lunch. Nearly all dishes can be gluten free on request. Worth checking out the dishes of the day as they didn't disappoint. The smoothie was dense and fresh with fruit. In fact, all of the food felt fresh and the cooked food had a tasty mix of flavours which worked well together. One thing I'd say is don't be surprised if you have to share a table with strangers as it can get quite busy during lunch; depending on your personality this could be welcome or not. Outdoor seating is available which is nice for watching people on the street go by when the weather is good. Highly recommended.

Whilst we were in Inverness we popped in here for a lunch time snack. We had the soup which was great. Very clean and friendly staff, we always try and avoid 'the chains' if we can and support local businesses. We're not vegetarian but went back for lunch again. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a peaceful place in Inverness serving organic and homemade food and I found it .It's well situated and very cosy. You are warmly welcomed and the soups and cakes are delicious, gluten free and very little sugar. Spent quite a long time in there relaxing and listening to soft music while reading being on my own. When I come back to Inverness it 's a place I will visit again. Many thanks for the love you put preparing the meals which nourish our minds and bodies. Aline from France.
