If you are looking for a place to have excellent drinks, you have found the perfect place! We sat in the bar and had an excellent view to the action. Very good service! We had a really nice evening, would recommend!
If I’m completely honest, I went with low expectations. Robert absolutely blew me away with his knowledge of cocktail making. We went “off menu” and both discovered new cocktails. Highly recommend giving this cocktail bar a visit.
Eight of us had our staff Christmas meal there today. The food was beautiful and the service was 1st class. Great selection of cocktails and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my meal. I had the scallops on black pudding followed by the venison. Everything was exquisite and amazing. I was alone which I know a lot of people find odd but I found the service exemplary. Even the bartender came by to see how I liked my drink...called the Iconic Gate. It had some unusual ingredients but it was wonderful. Will have to experiment at home. Thank you for a memorable dinner!

Great food, I like the calamari and the fish cake was great, too! I had the pasta and it was delicious! Unfortunately, I didn’t like the chicken on it because I thought it’s a little bit burned and I don’t like chicken breast anyways 🤣

Amazing lunch with great vegetarian/vegan options. The courgetti starter was fantastic and I've never had anything like it. It's lovely to go somewhere where the chef has put in some extra effort to come up with good and unique vegetarian/vegan options rather than the same old thing most other restaurants provide. Great cocktail list too!
Really enjoyed our evening here, the food was so good and the restaurant was also very pretty inside. The cocktails are very good and not too expensive as well. They also had gluten free options which I was very happy about
Lovely pub/restaurant vibe at the White House. The food is fresh and delicious and the portions are very generous. I had the roasted tomato salad and the Sunday Roast Beef.
Location has a beautiful style inside.
Food is tasting good. Could be a little more creative and special. There could be done more out of it because the location allows it.
Cocktails are very good and recommended.
Price ratio is also good.

Had a lovely evening in Whitehouse. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to our waitress Kayla. You did an amazing job and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again to all the staff for a fab evening and delicious food.
We stopped here to take shelter from the rain. It was very busy but they managed to find us a cosy little spot to sit and enjoy a couple of cocktails.
The atmosphere is lovely, it has a nice casual vibe whilst still feeling a bit special, the decor is alo very easy on the eye.
We enjoyed an Apple cocktail and the special Mango Mojito. Both were delicious and I can't wait to come back here to try more cocktails and also try the food.

A special shout out and big thank you to our bartender who was willing to experiment with me on an elderflower Sazerac(ish) cocktail. What she came up with was delicious (had to have a 2nd) and put a big extra cherry on top of our already great first visit to Inverness.
After a extremely long day we were thrilled to be able to have such a wonderful dinner at The White House!
We did not have a reservation but the hostess was accommodating and able to get us a table with just a short wait, in the meantime we enjoyed 2 of their craft cocktails.
The food was absolutely delicious and photo worthy. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to Inverness!!
Came here for the boozy Saturday brunch and had such a lovely time. Food and drinks were delicious, service great and having a DJ is a great touch. His music created a wonderful atmosphere. Can't wait to come back. Thank you.

Walked in by coincidence looking for food to eat at an odd time. They were extremely accommodating and seated us down despite the timing. The food was very good. The service was very friendly.

Had a great meal at the White House. Our server Chloe R. Did a great job. Got us drinks while we waited on the sofas for our table. Recommended several great starters. I had a duck terrine with spring roll. Main course was Scottish venison. Atmosphere was nice a noise level moderate. Easy to talk. I highly recommend the restaurant. Ask for Chloe R.
Lovely evening with my friend in the White House. Our server Alanna was polite and helpful and super friendly! Although she hadn’t long started the job she was like a natural! She made the experience extra better🥰

We had a few cocktails here which were amazing and all made to order, followed by a glass of fizz which was also lovely.
For food I liked the sound of the prawn and Asparagus Risotto but asked for salmon instead of prawns which the chef did amazingly, it was full of flavour.
My partner had the burger and really enjoyed it too. For desert, you have to try the choc orange cheesecake it was devine, and real effort is made with the presentation of the food.
Super friendly staff and the decor is beautiful with a cosy modern vibe, thank you.
Stopped by for cocktails and were really impressed by the craft cocktail selection. We opted for the special ‘free love’ cocktail then the sharing tea which were both fab! We were very intrigued by the bathtub (novelty factor sold it for us!) - regret not getting it but next time we will!!
We ended up staying for food and the staff were kind enough to find us a spot so we really appreciated that. Food was so good! I’ve never seen Caesar croquettes before so we got those for starters and they were great! Only downside was we only got 2 but it was a starter so hit the spot nicely! Mains were very tasty!
