You have to stay at this hotel!! Service and all Staff are first class. Cocktails were lovely and meal was one of the best we’ve ever had. We definitely recommend this hotel.
We booked the super decadent room with hot tub for 2 nights for our wedding. We also had our reception meal here for 15 guests. The food, service, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and general all round whole package, was perfect. Not one complaint to be had. All our guests likewise had no complaints. The prices were also very reasonable. We will consider staying here or eating here again in the future.
Stayed here the night of our wedding and we were both over the moon with the welcome, the room and food. It's a gorgeous hotel, which is clean and fresh, with a very spacious room. The hot tub is a great feature. We will be back after the baby is here for another special night away. Oh and breakfast was amazing!!

We were there for our first visit, hopefully of many. We were met in the car park and from there on treated like royalty. We had room 10. Sauna and hot tub on our terrace. Amazing. Room was exquisite, spotless clean and so comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic. Food to die for. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, without being in your face. Cannot wait for return visit.

It has been 10 years since we last visited Rocpool and it has upheld and exceeded every bit of the quality and standards we have experienced in the few times we have stayed previously.

We booked the Rocpool for an intimate wedding reception for our family and close friends. Some of whom had travelled from London and the attentive nature of the staff was quite simply superb. The meal was divine, and it capped off a beautiful wedding ceremony! It's not cheap but it's well worth the expense for the experience!

This was our second time staying at the Rocpool Reserve Hotel and from the moment we arrived we could not have been made to feel more welcome. We again booked an Extra Decadent Room and were allocated a lovely room with private balcony and hot-tub on the upper floor. We're not the most demanding guests but from the young gentleman (Lewis) who greeted us in the car park and helped with our luggage, to the rest of the staff in the bar & restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. The food here is exquisite as are the Cocktails and the hotel is ideally situated to make the most of everything Inverness and the Highlands have to offer. We've stayed at many hotels across Scotland but this is definately one of our favourites, so much so that we're already planning our next trip!
Top Tips: Book an Extra Decadent Room with private hot-tub and try a Cocktail (or two!) in the hotel bar.
Family meal for my daughter's 21st Birthday, my Birthday and Fathers Day. Food was up to the exceptional standard that I would expect from a Chez Roux establishment. Staff were polite and courteous and Chef Ross came and spoke to us after the meal. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon, would highly recommend it.
