I understand its now closed. 😢 Best fish anywhere and I'm from Shetland, but that's not all by a long shot. Intimate wee, family run, yet very high quality cuisine. Perfect to drop in for quality food but still romantic enough for a nice dinner, especially once you're eating the food. Very well done

One of the best meals we have had for a long time. Was there Thursday 03-06-18, sat at 5 an had an amazing relaxed time with my partner, our 2 Yr old daughter and my future mum in law an partner. Would travel back just for a meal no problem, great staff and exceptional food!

We just went to the kipper bistro last night and it was delicious . The cod dish was amazing and the sticky toffee pudding was to die for. The staff and owners were so friendly and welcoming, and the setting was really nice and relaxed. Would definitely recommend this lovely restaurant.

Nice little restaurant run by a couple who had a larger restaurant in Edinburgh. The menu is small but everything is cooked fresh and the lady owner will make you very welcome.
