Bought beautiful lentil soup and rolls to eat down at the shore. Also fantastic focaccia, great butteries and a delicious apple tart. Would thoroughly recommend.

This artisan bakery is up there with the best of them, deliciously, freshly baked breads, cakes, croissants, and better still almond croissants they are just delightful. We popped in for a coffee and bacon roll, which also didn't disappoint, Phoenix is well worth a visit, and you'll not be disappointed.

Lovely bakery, really good quality cakes, sausage rolls, croissants and bread. Also a nice little cafe, a little rough and ready in decor but with food this good, who needs polish?

Best bakery in Scotland in my opinion. The doughnuts are like they were twenty years ago in independent bakers.

So lucky to have this as our local bakery. Heading back again today. Tasty treats and solid well made breads. The butteries are to die for, as well as focaccia. They offer savoury pies and rolls and quiche. For sweets there's donuts, called and biscuits. You can grab a hot drink and small bits and bobs like eggs, coffee and some spreads. Bonus, learned recently the butteries are vegan!! (How?!?)

Fantastic selection of wonderful breads and baking. Sourdough baguette was superb and the croissant were great. Iced cinnamon buns and takeaway coffee by the beach were a delicious stop on the journey north.

Excellent bakery - sourdough is delicious as are the pastries and cakes. Can't fault anything we've bought there. One day we'll get there before the sausage rolls sell out!

Quality of Bread and cakes amazing. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for, so it's worth every penny. Sampled their granary loaf at the Creel Inn and then visited the shop the following week. Lovely experience. Bakery has eat in facilities too.

Fantastic!!! Quality of bread, cakes, croissants and choice outstanding. And the small cafe through the back, delicious with the smell of fresh bread baking. How a Baker should be.

Probably the best pastries outside of Paris (I'm guessing). Their malted sourdough is to die for, and their butteries (rowies) are the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommended!
