Best hot chocolate I've had in ages. I had the pulled pork Panini which was on the specials board. All the cakes looked lush so I got one to take away. The girl behind the counter was lovely. Would definitely go again!

Exceptional breakfast, bacon salty and thick, eggs poached, sausages herby. The staff were friendly even though they were busy. Coffee was good quality and the atmosphere friendly. Would highly recommend.

Honestly a must visit when you're in Ingleton. There's a good reason it's the oldest restaurant. Food was incredibly tasty and with a homemade feel. Chips were some of the finest I've tasted. If you like spicy then also make sure to order some of their own hot sauce.

We were so grateful to see this cafe after the long walk around the waterfall trail. The cafe accommodates everyone, it's really cosy and everyone is friendly. The cafe also has a eco and minimum waste policy which is fantastic to see! Keep it up! 😁

Nipped in for breakfast after spotting this place in Ingleton the day before. Ordered "the full Ingleton" which is their version of the classic full English, food was fantastic and couldn't fault it at all. Service was super quick and the server was nice too. They also offer "The Ingleborough", which is basically a large full English l.

Excellent vegan breakfast, the food came quick, which was appreciated after a long mornings walk. Really welcoming and friendly service. I was a little apprehensive about the vegan black pudding but actually it was really tasty, the chef even brought the packet out so I could check out what was in it 😁. I would come here all the time if I was local. Highly recommended.

Called in here with my biking buddy after a mornings trail riding and had Bernies breakfast which was excellent. They made us welcome although we were a bit muddy and wet. I liked it so much I called in the day after boxing day on my way to Bowness with my wife and two friends and we got the same warm welcome and enjoyed the food we ordered. We also took our dog in which is a bonus . I will be calling in again in the near future definitely recommend this gem of s place

Called in for breakfast today. Had 2 of the bernies breakfasts and 2 coffees followed by cake! They had brilliant gluten free cakes too, would definitely recommend. Super clean and spacious and the staff were nice, chatty and friendly! Very welcoming. Looking forward to calling again.

This cafe is the best there is. They really go above and beyond to make you welcome we went in soaked to the skin with two wet dogs. They were more than happy to see us and even provide towels to dry your dogs down! Furthermore the coffee was the real deal and the pulled pork melt panini was fresh and melted in your mouth. The cake was huge and tasty You couldn't want for anything better go and experience service above and beyond, you won't regret it.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. The the paninis, soup, sausage & bacon buns allwent down well with our group. There's free self service water on tap. A dog bowl and towels to dry your soggy pooch 👍

We stumbled upon Bernie’s whilst having a wander around Ingleton village and what an absolute delight it was. My husband, Son and I had a fabulous all day breakfast ( son had dippy eggs) a lovely coffee and a biscoff milkshake. All was delicious, well presented and lovely, friendly staff too. Even in the loo’s there’s hairspray, deodorant, and other essentials, free to use! Nice touch!! DEFINITELY will return!!

What a wonderful spot. We stopped in at “Bernie’s” on our way back from camping for the weekend north of Kirkby. We had our 13 week old pup with us so seeing the sign “muddy boots and soggy dogs welcome” was a huge relief as we were happy to warm up. Warm welcome from the staff (especially for the puppy!) and excellent quality food, particularly the products used in the breakfasts and delicious cakes that we took away. We met one of the the new owners Louise who was so very enthusiastic about the business and service and very welcoming. Ingleton is obviously a gorgeous spot and you’ll find a hearty breakfast (or any meal) to fuel you for the walk to the waterfalls or the rest of the dales. Worth a detour to see for yourself. Perfect bacon, poached eggs and smashed avocado!

Nice little cafe. We had tea and a scone fairly reasonable price. The cooked meals other people were having looked appetising. Open on Monday out of season which is a bonus.
