The most friendliest nicest people in store . They know what they are talking bout and they make you feel at home in-store. Honestly could of stayed there all day. I have been a customer of whittards for years but the staff in the bath store are top notch. They helped me choose different teas and coffees and all the staff for Xmas presents coming up. I can not say how helpful and nice they are . Would definitely keep going back.
Can't say enough if good things about this store. My partner and I both love visiting for delicious new teas! The staff are super helpful if you are just getting into tea and the tea itself whether loose leaf or bagged is top quality. So many unusual blends to try. They also do samples in the store and tasters. Their tea equipment is great too. I bought a mug diffuser and it's great quality, no tea leaves escape out of it at all.
Pop in and give tea a try! And if you don't like tea they also have some of the best hot chocolate I've tasted :)
I have frequented various Whittards for decades and their range and quality is outstanding. This is matched by the enthusiasm and knowledge of their staff, who are happy to share and discuss the current range of samples. My preference is for coffee, of which they stock the finest, but my tea drinking friends assure me that the tea varietys surpass these.

They have really good hot chocolate with many different types of flavours and my favourite is definitely the chocolate coated espresso beans! They have 10% off for students :D
All good stuff and most staff know the products and their qualities. Just a pity they stopped stocking Old Brown Java.
