Fantastic Sunday lunch on our travels to Lincoln for the night. Cooked to perfection and generous portions 👌
A wonderful pub on the corner of the village green in Ingham with a good selection of firm pub favourites (from fish and chips, burger and curry). The staff were lovely, attentive and welcoming and the food was really good too. 2 starters, 2 main courses, glass of wine and coke £42 excluding tip. Certainly well above average pub food and worth a visit if you’re near by!
A really nice countryside restaurant with quality food choices for meat eaters.
Not much equivalent for vegan type diets though.
Great spirit selection to choose from too
Quaint village pub with a variety of ales, beers, and a huge selection of home made gins and vodkas. Excellent venue to sit and have a pint or a delicious meal on the weekend. Dog friendly venue with a nice beer garden for those sunny days.
This is a nice homely pub to go to I haven't eaten there but the food smells amazing and looks amazing and in these times £4.35 a pint of becks isn't bad at all for a village pub.
They have a beer garden at the front and the back there is limited parking but plenty of parking in the village and a car park near the village hall a 30 second walk to the pub itself.
All in all I would recommend this place but all I would say the downside to it is the fact it isn't open on a Monday or a Tuesday even if they are bank holidays but other than that nice place to go nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere
Beautiful little country pub. Beautiful meal and will definitely be returning!
Excellent food. Good service. Would come back. Recommended
What's better than coming in out of the torrential rain to a roaring open fire and a gorgeous Sunday roast meal?!
The food was obviously all homemade, the roast potatoes were to die for and the bowl of steamed vegetables were gorgeous. The chicken was moist and the gravy sumptuous.
Thanks for squeezing us in, we'll come back again very soon
Excellent food, excellent service. The staff were very friendly and inviting. They had the open fire on, so the place felt really warm and comfortable. If I am ever back up lincoln way I will definitely pop back in. Dave from Kent.
Late Sunday lunch Absolutely fabulous! Blade of beef was amazing Fish and huge chips And sausages with the best bubble and squeak Nice pint and great puddings What more could you ask for?
Called in for a drink with friends. The chef & his friendly staff, brought out a selection of delicious finger food, quiche and lots of other selection. How kind is that.
Roast beef Sunday lunch...perfect!
We arrived without a booking and were fitted in with no trouble. The meat superb, the staff very friendly.... we'll be back!
Found this pub online while looking for somewhere to meet some friends for Sunday lunch. We all had a roast that was perfectly cooked and presented. I had the beef and have never had better! Succulent and fat free, it melted in my mouth. The pub itself is very pretty, as is the village it sits in. There are many walks into the countryside from the village, so if you are into your food and a walker it is a great place to combine the two. The staff were excellent and I can highly recommend it based on my experience. We traveled an hour to the pub from home and will certainly be doing the journey again!
A truly amazing hake risotto, would highly recommend it
Best food for Miles . Proper gastro pub.
Very nice country pup and its dog friendly in the bar. The food was very tasty and well presented. Would have been nicer if they had a few more vegan dishes to choose from.
Lovely village pub. There was a large group of us. We'd pre booked and pre ordered. All the meals were delicious. Most of us had Sunday lunch which I would definitely recommend. Staff friendly and accommodating.
