The staff were really friendly, My sausage and caramelized onion toastie was wonderful and the chocolate brownie was to die for!! And, as always, My vanilla latte was yummy �

Great place! After a nice, but very windy walk on Ilkley Moor, I went to Costa for a Cappuccino. I got a nice one, with heart shaped chocolate, and a serenade by the manager! Loved it!

2nd visit here again. Always good standard quality food and drink, smily staff. Good parking good price by the hour, 20 yards opposite Costa. Nearly forgot to mention, main road parking for free, 1hr or 2hr, forgot. Anyway, it's a great place to visit and peruse the shops. 3rd visit later in the year.
We didn't have the food so I can't say if it was good or not, but the coffee was. Nicer environment the others I have been to. The decor etc was in keeping with the locality.
Probably the cleanest Costa we have visited! Young team and they were all customer focused. The young lady who appeared to be in charge never stopped! What an industrious person.
The food and coffres were excellent: piping hot and served with a smile.
Busy afternoon in town. Not been in this coffee shop before. The staff were well organised and there was a steady flow of customers. Tables were clean and cleared very quickly. Happy that this could be my alternative coffee shop when I lose my existing one

Heavy rain aborted today's walk so went into this cosy friendly coffee and light refreshments place for a nice hot refreshing coffee
The Vanilla late in here were superb
Ordered via the mobile app. Drinks were being made as I entered, both members of staff were following social distancing/face covering measures and the place looked well maintained and spotlessly clean.
Staff were also friendly and efficient.
Will certainly be visiting (and using the mobile ordering system) again!!
Enjoyed the coffee and a table inside. Saw toilet being cleaned first hand by a smart courteous young man. Staff very attentive. A pleasant atmosphere
Had a lovely coffee with my girlfriend , the two lads that were working there were so happy and polite ,I did mention this to them and they thanked me so much for the praise, they were also a colleague down so were under pressure with the amount of people coming for a coffee ☕ , so we'll done lads
