Wow! Incredible! We had such a great meal, starters - chicken bites with blue sauce and pulled pork scotch egg then mains of t-bone and Brisket. I had the t-bone and it was the best steak I've had in a lonnnnnng time! So tender and so tasty!! Definitely give it a try!! We'll be back 100%
Came for sun lunch for my birthday on 10-6-18. We asked for the Sunday lunch sharing platter to be made for 3 , Mathew and all the staff are so helpful and friendly , nothing is too much trouble, food was amazing we really enjoyed it. Will be returning.

Took my husband for his birthday last night and it was gorgeous x the food , I had fillet and he had braised brisket ... it was delicious x the staff were great and managed to fit us in on an hours notice x we had 3 courses and beer for just under Β£90 which I think is great value x thank you will definitely be back x
Ate here yesterday with family & every one of our meals were absolutely divine! Service was spot on too! I had the beer braised brisket with garlic mash & it were to die for! ππ
We called in Saturday and thankfully they snook us in fantastic service excellent food and drinks really enjoyed it. Really glad they fit us in would deffo recommend booking to avoid disappointment we will deffinately call back when we next stay over in the area. You get what you pay for and I think this was reasonable for the quality of food

Ilkley consists of some great food locations, but The Moody Cow is in a league of its own. Everything from the exceptional quality of the food and drinks, to the brilliant set of staff, you will be become a regular visitor after your first dining experience here. The manager called Matthew deserves incredible praise for running such a brilliant Herd!
Probably the best steak I've ever had and I've had a lot! The service was great too, really quick and very friendly. Will definitely be back. The 2 steaks and wine for Β£29 is brilliant.

Went for husband's birthday. We were the only people in the restaurant, however this was likely due to it being the day after Mother's Day and a Monday evening. Food was delicious. Mixed sharing platter was excellent, great choice if you can't decide what to order! Both had steaks for main which were cooked well, and the chunky chips were amazing! Also tried some bone marrow gravy which was really rich and tasty. Puddings were brownie and creme brulee which were lovely. Long island iced tea cocktails were also good. Service was excellent, very attentive waiter, however we were the only customers so cannot comment what it is like when busy. Will definitely be returning!
Popped to Ilkley to try this one out. Great meat restaurant, reasonably priced. We went for the burger and the ribeye Sunday dinner. Well worth it
This place has been on my visit list for a while and we were not disappointed! Came as a family for a celebration meal at 5pm on a Friday and the place was lovely and quiet, we had one whole side of the restaurant to ourselves more or less the whole time ! We had the sharing platter for starters, everything on it was absolutely delicious, in particular the scotch eggs!! Me and my partner shared the special tomahawk steak for 2 which was to die for with the chimichurri sauce on!!! All the sides were gorgeous too and my little boy loved his kids steak! Highly recommend and would definitely love to return to try more of the menu!! Would like to say our waiter was absolutely lovely too !!!! Thanks π

A delicious meal that we just couldn't finish! Very tasty burgers and the best onion rings I've ever had. Lots of choice for steaks and drinks too, we would definitely come back for more if we visit again x
Very tasty food. Would recommend the mini steak sampler especially when you have the deal for 2 people on steak night. The ribeye was fantastic. Everything tasty and well cooked. Service was great and all the staff were friendly.
This was our first visit to the likely cow, after travelling from the other side of Leeds. And boy it was worth the trip.

Locally sourced produce with delicious variations and well matched wines to boot. Desserts worth making room for too. Locally chef owned and staffed with great front of house people...also local :) Oh and the baby back ribs are truly special πππ
We visited for our 1 year anniversary. Astounding service and excellent food. Staff were very attentive and made our meal pleasant. The steak was incredible, cooked to perfection.
