Go in there 2 or 3 times a week and I have the same a sausage and bacon cob and a sausage bacon and egg cob and every time it's perfect bacon is nice and thick sausage are nice no fat on them cobs are nice and fresh and when I say this it's not in a bad way but it's a good old old fashion cafe clean
Reall nice old school cafe - excellent cooked breakfast at reasonable price, I wish it had been lunchtime so i could have tried the home made pies, friendly service, coffee not the best but apart from that, great place!
It's a good old fashioned cafe with great staff. I had a breakfast and I was delighted with not only the food but the service.

A wonderful little cafe, the oldest traditional cafe in ilkeston and I can see why, friendly staff, lovely cosy atmosphere, absolute bargain prices but most of all the food was delicious. This was my first visit but it definitely won't be my last.
the woman was very friendly, we were both very pleased with our breakfasts and it was great value for money! we will definitely be returning
After a few year's hiatus from visiting the Corner Cafe I was so pleased to return to find it has lost none of its charm or character. Nor the ability to knock out piping hot lovely spoon food at very reasonable prices and all served with friendly smile. Outstanding stuff, a true gem.

Since coming to this cafe in 2022 we have decided this is the best cafe in Ilkeston. It's great value for money, lovely food and lovely staff. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all 😊
