Busy McDonald's with a drive through on the edge of Ilkeston. Stopped off here whilst visiting the town centre shops. Car park has limited spaces. Plenty of seating inside. Had to queue to order on the touchscreen order points, one of the four was not in use. Food did come quickly, burger was OK but just looked like it was slapped together trying to escape the box, fries were dry and soggy. It was OK and filling but had better at other McDonald's branches.
Lovely place but as per usual the burger looks like it's just been slapped together, looks nothing like the picture and not exactly piping hot, the fried were decent though at the perfect temperature.
It's a mcdonald's, what more can be said, table service is very good, although we had a 15 minute wait for food to be brought out to our table, the parking on site is only an hour, so by the time of ordering food for a family of 4, receiving food to eating it, we felt very rushed and didn't have time to order ice-cream or deserts
good service as usual but the whole place is too congested and busy. Going to be an accident soon
Poor cold limp chips good big mac good hot chocolate.
Got a towel for €1 when you buy a large meal. Good quality towel too
