A lovely cafe on the Promenade in Ilfracombe. We walked past on Saturday but ventured in today whilst looking for a hot drink & a bite to eat on a cold winter's day. And we weren't disappointed, it was quite busy and we had a warm welcome, not only for us but also our pooch. We sat in the very comfy
What a great new location to eat a full English. Walked in at 08:00, and greeted by the owner and host Jason, who is a really nice and friendly guy and really couldn't be any more accommodating.
I asked about the breakfast buffet, £8.95 with a drink, tea, coffee, orange juice you then help yourself
Stopped here for drinks, ended up eating, very friendly staff, great food, would recommend. Was very busy, even out of season.
Had the breakfast looked so small on the plate but was so filling and nice bacon was cooked very nice , coffee was standard but did not go for that all in all recommend. Both staff members very friendly.

My partner and I attended this evening to sample the Sunday carvery. We booked in advance and were seated to accommodate my disabled partners mobility issues. We also had our dog with us, the staff made a fuss of her and gave her a biscuit...which she loved.

Came across this place completely by chance one Sunday and decided to go back for roast dinner after our boat trip. Heads up, they allow dogs in the front area and outside but not in the restaurant. The food was fantastic, well cook and real meat - not the grizzly fatty stuff you get at Toby Carvery
Great food, took its time to get to us considering the place was almost empty at the time but was worth waiting for. Really nice staff.
Lovely food, very good value and the staff are super friendly and make you feel extremely welcome. Highly recommended and they serve a very good pint.
This was the most amazing night, fabulous food, the staff couldn't do enough for us and the entertainment, Dave Sharp, from the Alarm was exceptional. What more could you ask for a night out and the bonus was it was free entertainment.

We had lunch there yesterday and it was superb. We both had the roast of the day (beef) and everything about it was good. Tremendous value for money and the service was great too!
