Me and my boyfriend came across here friday night and thought we'd grab dinner. The food was amazing! I had the chicken souvlaki which was on the specials board which runs along side the main menu. My boyfriend had the lasagne and chips and we both were really impressed. Big portions and all cooked
Lovely local pub, well worth a visit.
Small, dog friendly pub, with limited menu but good quality. Friendly, tasty, recommended...
Good traditional pub, one of the only ones to allow kids, dogs, and have a pool table. It even has a dart board. Football is shown to which is a bonus, and drinks aren’t too expensive either.
An fine establishment with outstanding Guinness 😎 the service is quick and everyone is friendly definitely a place to visit in Ilfracombe, especially with the hidden gem in the back of the bar 😎
They had an absolutely amazing band playing that night. Excellent Blues music. SwampRat I think they were called. Lovely crowd, pleasant staff, reasonably priced drinks in a very old building 😊
If you like music and conversation, this the place to come!
Called in for Sunday lunch and enjoyed the food and talking to bar staff a very friendly guy from Glasgow. We returned the same evening and listened to the locals who took turns in playing the guitar and singing a great night.
Went here last Friday and the food was very tasty, will definitely be back again 😊
