Fantastic food at fair prices. Nice selection of beers, they poured one of the better pints of Guinness that we've had recently. My partner enjoyed the scotch that they had on offer too!

Randomly popped in with my toddlers in tow. Really warm welcome. Well priced. Food was quick and very good. Bar area had some customers who were using profanity and the bar staff told them there were children present.

One of the best burgers I've ever had (van helsing burger with chilli cheese + garlic mushrooms), and does a small selection of scrumpy too! Will return if in Ilfracombe again.

Found this great pub whilst visiting Ilfracombe and looking for lunch. Very tasty food and well kept beer, very reasonably priced too. Really nice food! Had the 36oz steak and it was very nice, all piping hot and everything cooked perfectly. The desert was always lovely. Would recommend!
Visited yesterday for a family breakfast (7 people). Service was great as usual and the breakfast was so tasty and excellent value. The veggie sausages were the best we’ve ever had and the coffees included were really nice and everything was hot and super fast service. Definitely recommend
