This is one of the best dining experiences that we've ever had. The family run restaurant has everything you want from exceptional customer service, amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere. It would be a massive error to not eat here when you visit Ilfracombe. Incredible!
This place is unique one in Ilfracombe! We were looking for a modern, cosy and childfriendly restaurant on a Sunday in October. We ended at Blacksands. What a wonderful restaurant with a very friendly and comfy ambiance! Many thanks to our waitress who was very very nice to us and our small girls. S
Brilliant bistro, offering excellent food and drinks (cocktails are good). Staff friendly, 50/50 mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Would be 4.5 stars really, prices just seemed a little too high considering what you get compared to other places. But ultimately well worth a visit and repeated visits
Lovely cool place. And the food was amazing! Not many places I feel so relaxed and yet the food quality, flavour and presentation is second to none. Only 2 people serving on the day, but never had to wait to be served. Well done!
This place is amazing, I visited here twice and was very impressed both times. The first night I had the Stilton quich with a digestive base (yes not the norm) but it was amazing a must have, the flavors where amazing. The second time I went had the burger and I have had a lot of burgers in my lift
Absolutely fabulous!! I booked for my partner and our kids for Fathers Day Celebrations . It was the perfect service and the most delicious food. Very much highly recommended for any occasion 💜😀 Thank you x
What a lovely restaurant. Very relaxed chilled out place. Decor is oak benches and bistro tables outside and candlelit inside. Chilled music. Family run business, great attention to detail, good wines and fantastic food! A definite must restaurant to try in Ilfracombe.
Very nice atmosphere. Trendy decor. Professional looking chefs. Friendly staff. These guys take food seriously! The coffee was one to remember.
Great food, great atmosphere and lovely staff. Perfect baked salted caramel cheesecake and almond and fruit financier to end a delicious meal.
Visited this place a few times. It has a great atmosphere. The food and cocktails are always fantastic and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
