Absolutely DISGUSTING! Delivery was late which isn’t a killer but the way the delivery driver packed my order is completely inhumane. He gave me the order and it was nearly half folded and crushed together. Ruined my night along with the family so we then decided to make home food and enjoy that instead. Spent over £60 on this order and that’s how they serve us, oh yeh complained to the customer care team and they give me a £10 e-voucher after all the food went in the bin. I want my money back you scammers! I chucked the pizzas and sides away but just managed to get a pic of the sides. PIZZA HUT SHOW US CUSTOMERS SOME RESPECT!

Now 5Stars after the store manager called me and apologised which is what we customers need. Ordered same again and this time I picked it up and it was perfect and family enjoyed it. Thanks to the ILFORD HUT team. Well done to ALMAS for calling me. Thanks peeps
Went to this Pizza Hut for lunch and had a great time.
Employee named Munish served us with a lot of respect as he took our order explaining the menu in great detail.
The food was also good as well as customer service.
Highly recommended & shall return soon.
Collection pizza was prepared on time and piping hot, man serving the pizza was very friendly with a good smile on his face. Pizza tasted very good for a cheap fast food pizza. Nice and crisp with no sogginess
I went into the store a couple of weeks and Munish (guy with Glasses) served us he was so nice and so helpful but more importantly he was very welcoming.
So I then went again but this time took my wife and kids for a meal and again Munish was so helpful he actually remembered me which was nice and was just as hospitable as before, and came up to us many times asking if we were fine wanted anything else etc.
I would simply come back here because of him he is a credit to the store and also the is another worker there (he is taller and a little more weight on him with a moustache) he is also very nice and just like Munish, but I did not get his name.
best Pizza Hut in East London easily.

Wonderful pizza, I highly recommend it if u want some good pizza, that is definitely good place to go. I ordered 2, I got it after 10min., very nice service as well as the place.
Pizza Hut at ilford Cranbrook road and it's a delivery and pickup only but they do have a sitting area to sit and eat there.

Food is pretty good. Had the lamb doner pizza which does not sound amazing but it was pretty tasty. Would highly recommend. The only issue about eating in is that no-one pays attention to you in house. There is hardly any staff around. Had to shout to ask for a glass of water.
Great services given by Munish , make my visit rememberable soft spoken and kind person . I ask for Dip and given by him with respect and smile 😊 he handle all the store alone around 12:30 and he is really busy at that time but he didn't forget him moral duty of coustmer services . See you next time soon bro .

Pizza hut. As always good quality. I would love if they offer Halal food. In comparison cheaper than rivals if you compare price, and take their half price deal for four large pizzas 🍕
Everyone knows by now the pizza is amazing as always however I would recommend everyone to try out the cookie dough from Pizza Hut it is delicious and better than these dessert shops it’s a 10/10 I would highly recommend everyone to try out the food and the dessert from here
