Very nice venue and surroundings. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was on point with the drinks and canapes. When the food was served at our tables I must say 'Fatiha' done a splendid job in ensuring that we were well catered for and food and drink were aplenty and all served with a smile. A steller job between Willows and Elite catering. Well done and thank you, especially to Fatiha!!!

Very nice venue. Went to a wonderful wedding here and there was ample parking. A nice fountain and plenty of space. Due to the layout, it's almost impossible to lose anyone and if you do find a member of your party missing, there's just one direction they could be in which is the entrance/exit.

Amazing venue, amazing service, amazing people and an amazing experience. I had my wedding here in early May 2022 and the service we received was unbelievable from the start to the end. Mina was excellent with introducing us to the venue, showing us around, handling all our standard and ad-hoc questions and arranging food tasting. She was really professional, very responsive and extremely helpful with setting up our big day. She was very invested with preparations to make our day perfect. We had 200 guests and Mina helped us create a floorplan, and advised us to put 6-8 guests per table (as opposed to the usual 10) to give people room, because we could afford to have more tables in the wide area. It looked great and worked really well for everyone. She also critiqued our timetable to make sure it was reasonable and that everything would go to plan... which it did! Mina was contactable via phone and email, and despite how busy the Willows probably are with post-COVID weddings, I never felt shelved or ignored. I felt like I was the only booking they had - that's how valuable Mina made us feel. I met Sonu on the day of the wedding reception. At first I was worried to meet a brand new face on the big day itself, but Sonu was fantastic. In the midst of being busy with set up with my groomsmen, he stepped in to take some prep tasks off of our hands. I liked that came forward because it showed me he'll be supportive for the rest of the evening. He co-ordinated with the other suppliers and helped set up our floorplan based on the information I provided to him. He wears an amazing smile on his face despite the very busy and stressful prep! He told me if I need anything, just to ask him, and he will get it done. And honestly, he really did. Simple things like helping direct people from the welcome drinks upstairs to the main ballroom downstairs. Or getting an additional kids menu dish for a child who wanted it. He worked his magic wherever it was required. And he stayed in the main ballroom for the whole evening to overlook the event and be on demand for if we or our suppliers needed his assistance. On our VIP table, we had our own designated waiter. They helped put food out for us, and we received the first round of all the courses of the meal. They stayed by our side for if we needed anything. We felt like royalty! Mina & Sonu were amazing. And they are also really nice, friendly and humorous people. The venue itself is perfect. It has lots of outdoor space and loads of private parking. The toilets are really modern, clean and spacious. There is groom's suite and a bride's suite, which are nice and spacious, well lit and have self-contained toilets. They also have stands to put your attire on, and a coded entry for extra security. My wife had 5 of her bridesmaids sit with her in her bridal suite and it wasn't cramped at all. There is an elevator to get up to the premier suite upstairs which is a little slow, but it does the job. The premier suite is really nice and it has a large balcony with seating which was perfect for our sunny welcome drinks. The lighting in the main ballroom is great, and the colour of the lights are adjustable. The bar is well placed so that it's near your guests, but not in the way. And the kitchen is the same too - convenient for waiters but not in the way of guests. Despite the increase in costs of labour, food supplies and utilities, The Willows honoured our original contract price. They could have increased their fees due to these unexpected circumstances, but they chose not to, which made me feel that they are moral and ethical. Don't think that you're just paying for a hall (and food, if you opt for their amazing in-house catering by Silantro). You will get so much more than that. The service you'll receive, the value you will be given, the support you'll have, are all elements that aren't written into the contract. But these will add up to help you create an unforgettable special occasion. I won't think twice to recommend The Willows or Silantro. Mina & Sonu... thank you so much.

My sister’s wedding reception took place at the Willow on 10th September 2023. The catering was also supplied by Silantro London Willows done exceptionally well in delivering a service which was to a very high standard. We had over 500 guests and each and everyone complimented on how amazing the welcome drinks, canapés, starters and the main dishes were There was plenty of choice for starters and mains. Furthermore, the portion sizes were good and there was plenty of food nothing went short. The cleanliness around the banqueting suite and washrooms was maintained throughout the event. The guests loved there over 5 different choices for desserts. And the fresh jalebi stand was absolutely amazing.. everyone loved it. I am so glad we went with Willows and Silantro London. Prior to the big day we were invited to x2 taster events.. we got to try different dishes to help us decide on the perfect menu. Thank you so so so much to Mina and the team for making my sisters big day perfect 😍

Beautiful, large hall, excellent facilities, staff helpful! I visited recently for a funeral and this venue is very nice and love the parking facilities too! Can’t share my pics as there are people in them, apologies x

I would like to thank all of the staff at the Willows for helping to deliver an amazing wedding reception. From the very beginning Mina was extremely helpful and accommodating in dealing with our requests and queries, everything was dealt with in a professional manner. She was clear and concise on each process of the booking. On the day of the reception all of the staff were polite and professional and made sure all of our guests were well looked after. Our guests all commented afterwards on how great the party was and how much they enjoyed themselves and this was partly down to the willows staff alongside the other vendors present on the day. I would also like to say a special thank you to Pooja and Sonu who made me and my wife comfortable on the day by going the extra mile to make sure we were well looked after.

Visiting the Willows recently for a viewing. I was really impressed with the grounds, beautiful. The interior is large and full of possibilities. I loved the terrace. The general manager was great too. Answered all my questions and he really seemed to care. Thanks again mate. Really helped us out. Went here for a funeral reception recently but also been here for a wedding, great venue.
