Poor customer service to rectify wrong order. My food always going cold on the table and waiting for a manager and a refund isn't needed when mine and daughters food is at the table already. Be much better to give me my drink and sort the refund after..

Right outside Barkingside Police Station so regularly visited by Police Officers and Police Staff. Gives me a very nice feeling knowing that the public are probably on their best behaviour at this branch of the Scottish Restaurant. Lovely staff served me quickly and with perfect efficiency

Everything was ok, the only disturbing thing was the fact that we had no seats at the tables and part of the restaurant could not be used only because they only use half of the space after 20:00.

Bought McFlurry for Myself and Family. Tried Lotus Biscoff, Oreo and Maltesers, they were all yummy. 😋
