The best Carribean food by far! I have eaten from here many times and never ever been disappointed. Everything from jerk chicken to escovitch to oxtail is cooked with expertise and love. I have to say I am a fan of this place to the point that I recommend it to just about everyone I know. Soups are
Excellent food. Very homely. My personal favourite is the brown chicken stew. Wish they did smaller portions for ladies. I cannot manage such huge portions for lunch. Also considering the local demographics it would be better business to serve halal food.
I would give it a 10 out of 5 if I could the food and service was that good. Authentic Caribbean food and typically West Indian hospitality! The best we have had outside the Caribbean itself. A taste of the Caribbean in the UK. You will not be disappointed.
The best food and very friendly atmosphere with excellent customer service. Food served fast and with good quantity. Curry goat and red velvet cake are must try items. Definitely will go again and will highly recommend them.
Me and the wife love Calabash. Staff are really nice food is even better but the thing is you got to get it when they make it fresh. we found about 4pm was good but we usually end up eating here towards closing time as we setimes pop in after work when a lot of stuff has run out. this place closes e

Less than 4 hours later, we not only collected 26 meals, but plantain, vegetables and extra chicken had been thrown in. I am a staff nurse @ Goodmayes Hospital (it is a know
One of best places for Jerk Chicken, I especially like that I can ask them for extra sauce. Some other more expensive places give you dry Jerk chicken with no flavor but this is the best in town!
I was looking for some nice Jamaican soup to warm my bones. Not only did it have the right spices it just brought back the sweet flavour of home. Thank calabash it was the right place to be
Friendly staff with a big smile. Fully recommend the lamb soup. The shop is very big an spacious and would recommend you dine in
Decent shop with load of variety or foods, it's rare to have some others though only because not alot of people buy them, but definitely recommended, fairly decent prices too
Mutton soup was Yummy 🤤
I have eaten/had take aways a good few times. The food is good. Service is good but could be a lot better.
Always the tastiest West Indian food. Goat curry, cows foot, oxtail stew ...
