Without a doubt the best lamb charsi karhai I’ve eaten in London. Exceptionally delicious!! Service needs to improve though as the waiters sometimes become a bit grumpy. Overall I would recommend this restaurant as I’ve been there multiple times.

Ordered via Ubereats and the order got delivered so swiftly. We got the chapel kebabs and kabuli pulao. Kebabs were really good and the Afghani nan was great.

Lovely little Restaurant. My Mami and I had a Mother-Daughter lunch there Wednesday about 3:30-4:30pm We didn’t fancy McDonalds so went there for a mixed grill while her car had its MOT. We ordered two Mango Lassi and a mixed grill for two which came with rice and side salad. Portion was quite small for the price of £20 however the food was delicious and well seasoned. Only one person serving who was very efficient and friendly! Lovely drop-in place. (I wouldn’t want to be there when its busy or packed).

Very nice and tasty Peshawari food. Good atmosphere for families. Comparatively quick service. Thought his Khyber Grill is part of Khyber Grill on Green Lane but they said they have no connection with them. However, will recommend without any doubt or hesitation as long as they keep up the same standard of food and service.

Probably the best Afghan inspired food in London! It’s definitely a mix between Pakistani food to some element but whenever I don’t want to cook I love getting food from here and taking friends here to try food from my part of the world! Took my friends here last week who are from Korean, Malaysia and Lithuania and I love how they fell in love with the unique flavours that we have and really enjoyed the experience! Apart from the kids that need to be on a leash 🤣 it’s a 10/10 experience

Lovely restaurant on the high road. The time we went in the evening you can park on main road or car park opposite restaurant. We pre-ordered the food due to Ramadan. The staff were very friendly and gave us some fruit, dates and rose water drink to break our fast. The staff also gave 1 small plate of pakora, we had to ask for another plate as we had a large group. We then went to the Seven King Mosque which is a few minutes walk away. When we returned we waited for our food. Staff had to be reminded a couple of time. At one point one the staff said she thought we had left even though we said we were going prayers. Half an hour later the food arrived. The portions were very generous, food and spice smelt lovely and the food was hot. The grill mix could be a bit better was very basic compared to Kebabish a few doors away, chops and meat a bit over cooked. The rice, chicken and meat curry and nan were very tasty. Mango lassi was perfect just right! It all went well with our group members everybody enjoyed their iftar (breaking of fast). The restaurant was very clean and tidy and very busy in the evening lots of families for iftar meals.

I recently visited Khyber Grill, an Afghan restaurant located in Seven Kings, Essex, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the delicious food to the convenient parking, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out. Firstly, the mixed grill was a standout dish. The combination of juicy lamb chops, succulent chicken tikka, and tender seekh kebabs was a delight for the taste buds. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and I loved how the spices were not overpowering, but rather complemented the meats perfectly. Next up, the Kabli Pulao was another winner. The basmati rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the tender chunks of lamb were a great addition to the dish. I also appreciated the subtle sweetness from the raisins and carrots that were mixed in. The Chapli Kebab was also a highlight of the meal. The patties were packed with herbs and spices, giving them a unique and delicious flavor. They were cooked to perfection, with a nice crispy exterior and juicy center. Finally, the Afghani naan was a great accompaniment to the meal. It was soft and fluffy with a nice charred flavor from being cooked in the tandoor. The parking situation was also a plus. I visited on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to find free parking across the street. It made the whole experience much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Khyber Grill for anyone looking for authentic Afghan cuisine. The food was delicious, the parking was convenient, and the service was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning soon.

Authentic food, good value, decent atmosphere Not easy to park on weekends, but we were very lucky to park directly outside. Staff was polite, food came out fast and 10/10. Definetly worth another visit.

Our favourite afghan restaurant, we’ve order from her many times. Simply just call, place order and collect at time given. Dining in is okay too, nothing extravagant but still decent if you want to enjoy the food and not your surroundings.

Revisited 4 years after my last visit. The Karahi is still amazing. The naan is still huge. Now I don't know if 2pm is early for eating at a restaurant but the staff were clearly not expecting people to eat in, so the service was basically nonexistent. I had to go up to the counter and ask for a menu as none of the staff seemed interested in serving - seemed like they were not on shift yet and were on their smartphones or sitting at a table. In terms of wait time for food, it was fine. around 30 minutes. Overall the food was still great which, if you can forgive the poor service, your taste buds will thank you. PS looking at the menu pictures they have upped their prices so I've attached the menu again with the new prices.

Always find an excuse to visit Khyber Grill. Love their food. It has to be at least twice a month for me to visit and eat. Always makes you feel like your at home. Fresh food and helpful staff. Price is so affordable! Do not make it more expensive! Love coming here 10/10

Went here not expecting much, just a local place to eat. However ended up being blown away by the food, portion size, and overall price. Nice family place to go to and enjoyed pretty much everything on the menu especially the mixed grill which was so flavourful and juicy.
