It's great to hang out with friends. The food was good...we ordered butter chicken with garlic naan...quite feast it was. The naan was soft and exquisite, and the butter chicken was mouth watering. Sweet dish was with Gajar halwa and rasmalai which and no complaints there as well. The only reason for deducting a 🌟 from the review is because of the rule they have of minimum spend of £20. And the staff is adamant about that. Thus I would not recommend this place for couples or single pax.

Not sure why one of the below reviews claims this place has a food hygiene rating of 1. As of 4/4/18 it's rated '5/5 Very Good' by the Food Standards Agency. The restaurant was near empty from 7-8pm when we were there on a Wednesday. The waiter was attentive and professional. The environment was neat and clean with a clear Punjabi theme for the decor. We over-ordered food and the bill still came to only £13pp which is very decent for the two-course meal we had. Portions are large and the food is tasty (although they need to tone down the ketchup in the chili paneer). With parking free on the single yellow line outside after 18:30 and with easy access from Ilford train station it's well placed. Recommended.

2nd visit here (In the area on business).... and OMG it doesn’t disappoint. “Chindian” prawns Even better than the chilli chicken wings I had last time. Absolutely delicious is an understatement. Spicy but with flavour, texture and serious portion size for a starter!! (Oh and friendly service!). Main course, chicken dansak just to see how it compares to my local curry house, which has always been good by the way, but this was on another level. Could taste all the individual herbs and spices and obviously cooked from scratch (rather than the usual standard generic sauce/gravy with a few extra things thrown in to make it different ). Definitely not your typical high street curry house. Great all round, from the service to the food to the value. Will be back.

Lovely food and the waitress we had that served us was really nice and caring towards our todler. As he has colouring provided from the restaurant. Food wise was amazing. Mogo to paneer is excellent. The chicken wings were so tasty. Portion size is good too. Get value for money (more so with veg food).

Best Indian food I've had in the UK. Authentic and flavourful, quantity could be a tad bit better but overall, really amazing food. Would recommend their Butter chicken, Chilli chicken and Chicken Tikka Biryani.

Authentic indian punjabi food. You won't find better naan in London, butter naan is amazing if you eat once you would go back again. Butter chicken smells of of clay furnace. Other dishes the paneer ones, daal makhni are also great. Jaggery at the counter gives you special feeling. I am writing about December-2018 don't go with my words if the cook changes. One of the feature many of the people like is 'BRING YOUT BOTTLE', yes you can bring your whisky bottle and enjoy. Bad thing, if you go there with family few drunkards might be already sitting and drinking. You also can order the dishes online. Staff is friendly and you get great service. Don't stay too late the road towards Ilford station has had many theft incidents as I heard there would few hooligans sitting near PNB all the time after 10PM. Overall good Indian place. Recommended 1000 times.

Food out of this world - had a party downstairs last weekend. Very impressed...didn't think you could beat Lahore's lamb chops but this lot have done it...they're actually better! Starters and mains spot on - highly recommend.
