Always happy to visit Golden Curry. The food is good. It was disappointing that they did not have any prawns for the king prawn Jalfrezi, but other than that, we were very happy with our dishes. Nice freshly cooked nans are excellent.
My go to place for a good curry! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they always want to make sure customer is happy. I really enjoy their food especially the chicken tikka biryani and butter chicken. The garlic naan is spot on too. Also recommend the spicy potato mushroom dish the chef special, never had something like this it’s delicious 10/10. Try the tandoori chops also. Overall a great place great service and very good value for money

Had a work dinner here, the service was outstanding all night, the food was excellent, very large portions, all cooked fresh, would recommend to anyone, definitely dining here again.

We have been regular customers of the Golden Curry for many years and we have never been disappointed! Both their food and friendly service is ALWAYS excellent, whether we are eating in the restaurant or ordering a Just Eat delivery!!! Last week we both ate in the restaurant and also ordered a Just Eat delivery and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal on both occasions! We highly recommend!!!!
Its small but AMAZING! The hospitality offered from all the staff is second to none the food is very good they cater for all tastes and the Elvis tribute act Sal is brilliant I've had many a great evening here with or without entertainment the staff work very hard to please everyone!

We discovered this place by accident more than 10 years ago and been coming here ever since. Really good menu and food is amazing.
My favourite starter is Spicy Potatoe Garlic Mushroom, its so good!

There is a person call Rony who works there. This guy is so welcoming and over the years we've become good friends.
Quiet and pleasant when went at around 9pm. Staff friendly and attentive, tandoori prawns were nice but could of had more for the price. Flavours were good veg korma was as expected. Garlic rice full of seasoning and could be eaten alone it was so tasty. Overall was a pleasant late night meal would visit again.
First time at this long-established restaurant, following a recommendation. Food was superb. Five Course Meal on Wednesdays represents terrific value (though they're dishes rather than courses). You can get your standard Indian dishes, but there's also a large selection of Chef's Specials to choose from too. Looking forward to working my way through the menu! Deliveries also available.
Absolutely amazing food came in the right order and was really good. I eat this cuisine on a daily, and this is truly just amazing quality. Generous portions, nice atmosphere and good table setting. The service is really attentive and is always there to please you.

This is an old school curry house and great at what it does. Super clean and fresh premises, friendly and efficient staff, food fresh and tasty. If you like the British curry tradition, you'll love this. If you've never tried this style of cooking, give it a go - you may find you love it! Authentic regional cooking has its place but so imho does this. Anyway, it IS authentic to the UK 😉.
My family have used Golden Curry all of my life (30 years) and my dad, Mike had been using Golden Curry for many years prior.
Living in Barking all my life, and with Indian being my favourite food, I have tried most establishments but trust me when I say that Golden Curry is the best Curry House in Essex/East London (probably wider)!!!
Every item on the menu is quality and the service is second to none. To say the boys at Golden Curry are friends of the family shows how much this place is loved by hundreds if not thousands of customers far and wide.

Food delivered on time, a little longer than I would have expected but it was ordered at peak time, Saturday evening. The food was of good quality, I will order my food a little more spicy next time as it was a tadge mild for me and my friends did say the chicken was a little on the dry side, they had the chicken tikka masala. Otherwise a good meal, hot and delivered on time. Would I order again, yes I will.
